研究目的：

（1）再次验证针刺阻断疼痛慢性化的临床疗效。 （2）探讨针刺通过动态调控大脑环路失衡、恢复有效功能连接，阻断疼痛慢性化进程的因果效应机制。

Objectives of Study：

(1) Revalidate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture in blocking the chronification of pain. (2) Explore the causal effect mechanism by which acupuncture blocks the process of pain chronification through dynamically regulating the imbalance of brain circuits and restoring effective functional connectivity.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①符合《中国非特异性腰背痛临床诊疗指南（2022）》中亚急性非特异性腰背痛的诊断标准； ②病程4-12周； ③视觉模拟评分量表（Visual Analogue Scale，VAS）> 40 （0-100分）； ④18-55岁，右利手； ⑤同意签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

① Meets the diagnostic criteria for subacute non-specific low back pain as outlined in the "Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines for Non-Specific Low Back Pain in China (2022)"; ② Disease duration of 4-12 weeks; ③ Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) score > 40 (on a scale of 0-100); ④ Age between 18 and 55 years right-handed; ⑤ Agrees to sign an informed consent form.

排除标准：

①妊娠期或哺乳期女性； ②有精神、神经系统疾病，无法正常交流者； ③局部皮肤破损影响手法操作者； ④磁共振禁忌证者，如幽闭恐惧症等。

Exclusion criteria：

① Pregnant or lactating women; ② Individuals with psychiatric or neurological disorders who are unable to communicate normally; ③ Those with local skin damage that affects the manual operation of acupuncture; ④ Individuals with contraindications for magnetic resonance imaging such as claustrophobia.
