研究目的：

约30%的社区老年人每年至少发生一次跌倒意外事件，其中50%的老年人跌倒反复发生。跌倒易致骨折、脑外伤、行动能力丧失甚至死亡，增加致残率、致死率，加重个人、家庭和社会的经济负担。易筋经作为国家体育总局推荐的健身气功，是中医传统功法，以中医理论为基础，有疏通经络和调和阴阳的功效。习练易筋经有"拨骨"和"伸筋"的效果，对肌力和肌群有着积极的影响，可明显提高四肢协调和机体的平衡能力，降低跌倒风险。 本研究对社区老年人进行易筋经训练干预，观察易筋经功法对社区老年人跌倒风险的影响。

Objectives of Study：

About 30% of older adults in the community have at least one fall accident per year, and 50% of them have repeated falls. Falls can easily lead to fractures, traumatic brain injuries, loss of mobility and even death, increase the disability and mortality rates, and increase the economic burden of individuals, families and society. As a fitness qigong recommended by the General Administration of Sports of the People's Republic of China, Yijin Jing is a traditional Chinese medicine exercise, based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, which has the effect of dredging the meridians and harmonizing yin and yang. The practice of the Yi Jin Jing has the effect of "pulling the bones" and "stretching the tendons", which has a positive impact on muscle strength and muscle groups, which can significantly improve the coordination of limbs and the balance of the body, and reduce the risk of falls. In this study, the Yijin Jing training intervention was carried out for the elderly in the community, and the effect of the Yijin Jing exercise on the fall risk of the elderly in the community was observed.

1: 年龄为60-80岁 2: 能独立行走 3: 认知功能良好 4: 老年人跌倒风险评估≥3分 5: 自愿受试，或本人认可的委托人同意受试，并自愿签署知情同意书
