研究目的：

以中医体质为主要观察指标，影像学表现、循环肿瘤细胞数目等西医特征为次要观察指标，评价中医特征因素在孤立性肺结节（SPN）术前分布规律

Objectives of Study：

Using traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) constitutions as the primary observation indicators, and imaging manifestations and circulating tumor cell (CTC) counts as secondary observation indicators, this study aims to evaluate the distribution patterns of TCM characteristic factors in patients with solitary pulmonary nodules (SPN) before surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

无干预措施

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

no intervention measures

纳入标准：

1.胸部CT显示为SPN患者（单发病灶、直径小于或等于3cm）； 2.动态随访后可以接受胸腔镜手术切除患者； 3.年龄在18岁-75岁之间； 4.体能状况评分（ECOG PS）≤2分； 5.既往无肺部肿瘤病史； 6.患者依从性好，能理解本研究的情况并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with solitary pulmonary nodules (SPN) as indicated by chest CT (single lesion with a diameter less than or equal to 3 cm); 2. Patients who can undergo thoracoscopic surgical resection after dynamic follow-up; 3. Age between 18 and 75 years; 4. Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group Performance Status (ECOG PS) score of ≤ 2; 5. No history of pulmonary tumors; 6. Patients demonstrate good compliance, can understand the details of this study, and are able to sign an informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.无法耐受手术患者。 2.妊娠或哺乳期患者。 3.患者合并有心、肝、肾和造血系统等严重疾病。 4.患有不易控制的精神病史者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who are unable to tolerate surgery. 2. Patients who are pregnant or breastfeeding. 3. Patients with severe diseases of the heart, liver, kidney, or hematologic system. 4. Patients with a history of uncontrolled psychiatric disorders.

Patients diagnosed with solitary pulmonary nodule (SPN) based on chest CT: round or oval dense shadows in lung parenchyma, not accompanied by hilar or mediastinal lymphadenopathy, atelectasis, or pneumonia, with a diameter not exceeding 3 cm

容易混淆的疾病人群（即与目标疾病不易区分的一种或多种不同疾病，应避免采用正常人群对照的病例-对照设计）：

根据肺部CT诊断为SPN，但最终病理诊断为良性疾病的患者
