研究目的：

通过观察患者疼痛程度、膝关节功能和症状积分三个方面，探讨电针联合体外超声波对膝骨关节炎患者的影响，为临床推广电针治疗膝骨关节炎提供理论基础。

Objectives of Study：

The study investigates the effects of electroacupuncture combined with extracorporeal ultrasound on patients with knee osteoarthritis by observing three key aspects: pain intensity, knee joint function, and symptom scores. The aim is to provide a theoretical basis for the clinical application of electroacupuncture in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①符合膝骨关节炎诊断标准；②40 岁≤年龄≤70岁；③病程≥6 个月；④膝关节X线检查示Kellgren-Lawrence (K-L)分级为 I ~ III 级；⑤ 过去 1 周平均膝关节疼痛视觉模拟评分(Visual analogue score，VAS) ≥4 分。

Inclusion criteria

① meet the diagnostic criteria for knee osteoarthritis; ②be between 40 and 70 years old; ③ have a disease duration of 6 months or longer;④have a Kellgren-Lawrence (K-L) grade of I to III as indicated by knee joint X-ray examination; and⑤ have an average Visual Analogue Score (VAS) for knee pain of 4 or higher over the past week.

排除标准：

①合并严重疾病者；②合并有膝关节结核、肿瘤、骨折、化脓或其他膝关节急性损伤者；③曾接受针灸治疗或关节注射(近1个月内)者；④不耐受针刺治疗者；⑤孕期或哺乳妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

① having severe comorbidities; ② having knee joint tuberculosis, tumors, fractures, suppuration, or other acute knee joint injuries; ③ having received acupuncture treatment or joint injections within the past month; ④being intolerant to acupuncture treatment; and ⑤ being pregnant or breastfeeding.

塞来昔布胶囊1片/次，1次/日，口服，连续服用2周。盐酸氨基葡萄糖片1片/次，2次/日，连续服用2周。玻璃酸钠注射液，1支/次，1周1次，连续2周注入膝关节腔内。

Take one Celecoxib capsule orally once a day for two consecutive weeks. Take one Glucosamine Hydrochloride tablet orally twice a day for two consecutive weeks. Inject one ampoule of Sodium Hyaluronate into the knee joint cavity once a week for two consecutive weeks.

电针治疗由针灸中医师进行取穴定位及电针操作；体外超声波治疗明确并标记痛点，频率为1-3 MHz，根据设备和患者耐受度调整强度，每次治疗15分钟，共治疗5次，治疗后佩戴护膝1周，减少膝关节活动量。

Intervention：

Electroacupuncture treatment involves acupoint selection and procedures performed by a certified acupuncturist. For extracorporeal ultrasound therapy, pain points are identified and marked, with a frequency of 1-3 MHz and intensity adjusted based on the device and patient tolerance. Each session lasts 15 minutes, with a total of 5 sessions. After treatment, patients wear a knee brace for one week to reduce knee joint activity.
