研究目的：

本研究拟开展临床随机对照试验，以膝关节疼痛 VAS 评分、WOMAC评分、Lequesne 指数评分为主要指标，以口服非甾体类抗炎药物为标准对照，对比观察“形气同调针刺法”对KOA的有效性，及其在缓解临床症状、提高生活质量、改善远期疗效等方面的优势作用，丰富“形气同调”理论指导经筋病治疗的临床依据，拓展针刺在慢性难治性疾病中的应用价值。

Objectives of Study：

This study intends to conduct a clinical randomized controlled trial, with VAS score, WOMAC score and Lequesne index score as the main indicators for knee pain, and oral non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs as the standard control, to compare and observe the effectiveness of "shape and qi homology acupuncture" in treating KOA. It has the advantages of alleviating clinical symptoms, improving quality of life, and improving long-term curative effect, enriching the clinical basis of "form-qi harmony" theory to guide the treatment of meridian tendon disease, and expanding the application value of acupuncture in chronic refractory diseases.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

1: ①符合上述中西医诊断标准； 2: ②年龄在18岁以上； 3: ③在过去一个月的大部分时间里有中度或明显的膝关节疼痛临床表现； 4: ④过去1周平均疼痛视觉模拟量表（visual analogue scale，VAS）评分≥4分； 5: ⑤ 本人签署知情同意书；

Inclusion criteria

1: ① Meet the above diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese and Western medicine; 2: ② over the age of 18; 3: ③Moderate or significant clinical manifestations of knee pain for most of the past month; 4: ④Average visual analogue scale (VAS) score ≥4 points in the past 1 week; 5: ⑤ The patient himself signed the informed consent form

排除标准：

1: ①合并有糖尿病、心血管、肺、肝、肾、造血系统等严重原发性疾病者； 2: ②严重的急慢性器质性或精神神经类疾病者，如癫痫、重度焦虑/抑郁状态等； 3: ③妊娠及哺乳期妇女； 4: ④近3个月内参加其他临床研究者。 5: ⑤凡具备以上标准中任一项者均需排除。

Exclusion criteria：

1: ① Patients with diabetes, cardiovascular, lung, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system and other serious primary diseases; 2: ② Severe acute and chronic organic or psychoneurotic diseases, such as epilepsy, severe anxiety/depression; 3: ③ Pregnant and lactating women; 4: ④ Join other clinical investigators within the last 3 months 5: ⑤ Anyone who has any of the above criteria should be excluded

利用Excel表建立专病数据库，将采集的资料录入，应用 SPSS24.0 软件对临床数据进行统计分析。在数据描述方面，计数资料以百分率或构成比描述；计量资料以均数和标准差描述。计量资料比较，符合正态分布者用组间t检验，经方差齐性检验，方差齐者用t检验，方差不齐者用校正t检验（t’检验），不符合正态分布者用非参数检验。计数资料比较用R×C表卡方检验，分类等级资料比较用秩和检验。

The specialized disease database was established with Excel, the collected data were entered, and the clinical data were statistically analyzed with SPSS24.0 software. In terms of data description, counting data is described as a percentage or component ratio; Measurement data are described by mean and standard deviation. For comparison of measurement data, inter-group t test was used for those with normal distribution, and for those with homogeneity of variance, t test was used for those with homogeneity of variance, corrected t test (t 'test) was used for those with uneven variance, and non-parametric test was used for those with non-normal distribution. Counting data were compared by R×C table chi-square test, and classification data were compared by rank sum test.
