研究目的：

评估应用加味桃核承气汤联合加速康复外科管理理念是否提高老年髋部骨折患者，评价加味桃核承气汤联合加速康复外科管理理念在减少老年髋部骨折患者围术期病死率、致死率及相关并发症发生率的临床疗效。

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate whether the application of supplemented Taohe Chengqi Decoction combined with accelerated rehabilitation surgery management concept can improve elderly patients with hip fracture and to evaluate the clinical efficacy of supplemented Taohe Chengqi Decoction combined with accelerated rehabilitation surgery management concept in reducing perioperative mortality mortality and related complications in elderly patients with hip fracture.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

应用加味桃核承气汤（桃仁 10g 桂枝 10g 大黄 5g 炙甘草 5g红花 5g 赤芍 10g 枳实 10g 延胡索 10g 泽兰 10g 牛膝 10g）联合加速康复外科理念进行围手术期管理，术前、术后使用加味桃核承气汤活血化瘀、消肿止痛。

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Apply the Decoction of Peach Kernel with Enhanced Flavors (10g of peach kernel 10g of cassia bark 5g of rhubarb 5g of licorice 5g of red flower 10g of red peony 10g of jujube 10g of rhizoma coptidis 10g of veronica and 10g of astragalus) combined with the concept of accelerated rehabilitation surgery for perioperative management using the decoction before and after surgery to promote blood circulation remove blood stasis and relieve pain.

纳入标准：

①年龄大于 65 岁；②需行髋部骨折复位内固定或人工股骨头、髋关节置换手术者；③可耐受手术者；④患者及家属同意进入该临床试验并签署知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

① over 65 years of age;② need to undergo hip fracture reduction internal fixation or artificial femoral head hip replacement surgery;③ Patients who can tolerate surgery;(4) Patients and their families agree to enter the clinical trial and sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

①病理性骨折；②精神疾病或神志不清无法配合治疗者；③因身体基础疾病及其他脏器功能不全等原因无法耐受手术者；④合并恶性肿瘤、重症肺炎、肝肾功能不全或心功能 III 级以上者等疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

① Pathological fracture;② Mental illness or delirium can not cooperate with treatment;(3) Patients who cannot tolerate surgery due to physical diseases and other organ insufficiency;(4) Patients with malignant tumors severe pneumonia liver and kidney insufficiency or heart function above grade III.
