研究目的：

1. 主要目的：对照三组治疗前后 VAS、JOA、PRI、中医证候积分测定等，主 客观指标相结合，评估该研究方案对于改善 LDH 患者疼痛、功能障碍的临床 疗效，并评估温阳化瘀法穴位埋线临床实施的安全性。 2. 次要目的：分析疼痛相关情绪量表分值变化，评估该疗法对 LDH 疼痛相关 不良情绪、心理障碍的改善疗效，探索温阳化瘀法穴位埋线对 LDH 治疗及预 后的应用价值，为临床诊疗提供更多信息。

Objectives of Study：

1.Primary objective: By comparing the measurements of VAS JOA PRI TCM syndrome scores etc. before and after treatment among the three groups and combining subjective and objective indicators to evaluate the clinical efficacy of the research protocol in improving pain and functional impairment in patients with LDH and to assess the safety of the clinical implementation of acupoint catgut embedding with the Warming Yang and Removing Stasis method. 2.Secondary objective: To analyze the changes in pain-related emotional scale scores evaluate the therapeutic effect of this therapy in improving pain-related negative emotions and psychological disorders in LDH explore the application value of acupoint catgut embedding with the Warming Yang and Removing Stasis method in the treatment and prognosis of LDH and provide more information for clinical diagnosis and treatment.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

(1)符合上述诊断标准； (2)年龄在 18-80 岁之间； (3)VAS 评分在 3-7 分之间； (4)治疗前 1 月未服用精神类药物； (5)同意被随机分配到埋线组、假埋线组或药物组，配合治疗及资料收集； (6)自愿签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Meet the above diagnostic criteria; (2) Aged between 18 and 80 years; (3) VAS score between 3 and 7 points; (4) No psychotropic drugs taken within 1 month before treatment; (5) Agree to be randomly assigned to the catgut embedding group sham catgut embedding group or medication group and cooperate with treatment and data collection; (6) Voluntarily sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

(1)合并恶性肿瘤，严重心、肝、肾功能障碍； (2)凝血功能或免疫功能异常； (3)存在严重脏器功能损伤、支气管哮喘、急慢性胃肠功能障碍者； (4)合并其他下肢功能障碍等疾病从而影响步行的患者，如膝关节炎、脑血 管病后遗症、下肢外伤等； (5)对研究所用药物存在严重过敏、不良反应等； (6)对可吸收外科缝线、动物蛋白过敏者； (7)合并施术部位皮肤过敏、破损； (8)备孕阶段、孕期及哺乳期女性。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Complicated with malignant tumors severe heart liver or kidney dysfunction; (2) Abnormal coagulation function or immune function; (3) Those with severe organ function damage bronchial asthma or acute and chronic gastrointestinal dysfunction; (4) Patients with other diseases causing lower limb dysfunction that affect walking such as knee arthritis sequelae of cerebrovascular disease lower limb trauma etc.; (5) Severe allergies or adverse reactions to the drugs used in the study; (6) Those allergic to absorbable surgical sutures or animal proteins; (7) Complicated with skin allergies or damage at the operation site; (8) Women in the pregnancy preparation stage during pregnancy or lactation.

按照1：1：1的比例，由专人进行计算机随机分组，将分组信息封入密闭的信封里，将我院针灸科、骨伤科就诊的LDH患者随机分配到埋线组、假埋线组及药物组。

In a 1:1:1 ratio a designated person will perform computerized randomization. The grouping information will be sealed in airtight envelopes and patients with LDH who visit the Acupuncture Department and Orthopedics & Traumatology Department of our hospital will be randomly assigned to the catgut embedding group sham catgut embedding group and medication group.
