研究目的：

①通过静息态功能性磁共振（rs-fMRI）观察种子点与全脑其它脑区的功能连接度在治疗前后的变化，提取互动式头针组治疗后功能连接度较前增强和减弱的脑区的Z值，采用Pearson或Spearman检验将提取出的Ｚ值与治疗后的临床量表评分进行相关性分析，以研究互动式头针治疗左侧基底节区脑梗塞患者运动障碍可能的作用位点。 ②利用弥散张量成像分析（DTI）观察治疗前后FA值升高及降低的脑区变化，将患者接受互动式头针治疗后弥散张量成像FA值与临床评定量表进行Pearson或Spearman检验，得到存在相关性的区域，以定量分析互动式头针对左侧基底节区脑梗塞患者大脑白质纤维束连接功能的作用，以进一步优化互动式头针治疗方案。

Objectives of Study：

① The changes of functional connectivity between seed point and other brain regions before and after treatment were observed by rS-FMRI, and the Z values of brain regions with enhanced and weakened functional connectivity after treatment in the interactive head acupuncture group were extracted. Pearson or Spearman test was used to analyze the correlation between the z-value extracted and the clinical scale score after treatment, so as to study the possible action sites of interactive head acupuncture in the treatment of dyskinesia in patients with cerebral infarction in the left basal ganglia region. (2) DTI analysis was used to observe the changes of brain regions with increased and decreased FA values before and after treatment. Pearson or Spearman test was performed on THE FA values of diffusion tensor imaging and clinical assessment scale after treatment with interactive head acupuncture to obtain the regions with correlation. Objective To quantitatively analyze the effect of interactive head on white matter fiber bundle connection in patients with cerebral infarction in left basal ganglia region, so as to further optimize the treatment plan of interactive head acupuncture.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①发病3-6个月，意识清醒，认知功能评定CASI评分20分以上，能配合互动式头针治疗及静息态fMRI及DTI检测； ②初次发病，右侧肢体偏瘫，右侧肢体Brunnstrom分期为3期（上肢、手、下肢）； ③患者年龄50－60岁，全部为男性患者； ④全部为右利手患者； ⑤单发梗塞灶，梗塞面积8-10cm2； ⑥中医辨证分型属气滞血瘀型； ⑦签署知情同意

Inclusion criteria

① 3-6 months after onset, he was conscious, CASI score of cognitive function assessment was more than 20 points, and he was able to cooperate with interactive head acupuncture therapy, resting state fMRI and DTI detection. ② The initial onset was hemiplegia of the right limb, and Brunnstrom stage of the right limb was stage 3 (upper limb, hand, lower limb). ③ The patients were 50-60 years old and all were male; ④ All patients were right-handed; ⑤ Single infarct, infarct area 8-10cm2; ⑥ TCM syndrome differentiation belongs to qi stagnation and blood stasis type; ⑦ Sign informed consent

排除标准：

①发病急性期、病情加重或生命体征不稳定的患者； ②合并感觉性失语、严重痴呆、精神疾病等不能配合治疗者； ③继发卒中后抑郁、癫痫等可能对功能性磁共振检测结果存在干扰的患者； ④颅骨缺损患者； ⑤合并严重心、肺、肝、肾等疾病，存在较大治疗、检测风险的患者； ⑥安装有心脏起搏器、支架、搭桥术后或其它金属性内置物不能进行磁共振检查者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Patients with acute onset, worsening condition or unstable vital signs; ② Patients with sensory aphasia, severe dementia, mental illness and other diseases that cannot be treated; ③ Patients with post-stroke depression and epilepsy that may interfere with the results of functional magnetic resonance imaging; ④ Cranial defect patients; (5) patients with serious heart, lung, liver, kidney and other diseases, with greater risk of treatment and detection; ⑥ Those who are installed with pacemakers, stents, bypass surgery or other gold implants cannot be examined by Mr.
