研究目的：

运用多学科研究方法与手段，验证慢性失眠障碍患者脑功能网络的拓扑属性特异性存在，探讨慢性失眠障碍患者脑网络变化特征，明确背外侧前额叶区在此病理过程中的变化与作用。揭示电针慢性失眠障碍疗效脑网络机制，寻求与临床评价相结合的电针疗效机制的客观、可视化指标。

Objectives of Study：

Using multidisciplinary research methods and means, verify the existence of topological attribute specificity of brain function network in patients with chronic insomnia, explore the change characteristics of brain network in patients with chronic insomnia, and clarify the changes and role of dorsolateral prefrontal lobe in this pathological process. Reveal the brain network mechanism of the curative effect of Electroacupuncture on chronic insomnia, and seek the objective and visual index of the curative effect mechanism of electroacupuncture combined with clinical evaluation.

纳入标准：

研究一：纳入标准:失眠患者：1）符合上述诊断标准；2）治疗前三个月内未采用过任何针对失眠相关的系统性治疗；3）PSQI计分≥8分；汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分<7分；汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分<14分；4）病程大于≥3个月；5）年龄≥18岁至≤50岁；6）右利手者。健康受试者：1）年龄≥18岁至≤50岁；2）无对睡眠数量或质量的不满的主诉；3）PSQI计分<8分，汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分<7分，汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分<14分；4）经过体检被确为身体健康者，无重要器质性或功能性疾病；5）右利手者。 研究二：纳入标准1）符合上述诊断标准；2）治疗前三个月内未采用过任何针对失眠相关的系统性治疗；3）PSQI计分≥8分；汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分<7分；汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分<14分；4）病程大于≥3个月；5）年龄≥18岁至≤50岁；6）右利手者；7）自愿参加本研究，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

Study 1 inclusion criteria:insomnia: 1) met the above diagnostic criteria; 2) No systematic treatment for insomnia was used within three months before treatment; 3) PSQI score ≥ 8; Hamilton Depression Scale score < 7; Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) score < 14; 4) Course of disease ≥ 3 months; 5) Age ≥ 18 to ≤ 50; 6) Right hander. Healthy volunteer: 1) Age ≥ 18 to ≤ 50;2) No complaints about the quantity or quality of sleep;3) PSQI score < 8, Hamilton Depression Scale score < 7, Hamilton Anxiety Scale score < 14;4) Those who are confirmed to be in good health after physical examination and have no important organic or functional diseases;5) Right hander. Study 2: inclusion criteria 1) met the above diagnostic criteria; 2) No systematic treatment for insomnia was used within three months before treatment; 3) PSQI score ≥ 8; Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) score < 7; Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) score < 14; 4) Course of disease ≥ 3 months; 5) Age ≥ 18 to ≤ 50; 6) Right hander; 7) Volunteer to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

研究一：排除标准：1）合并有抑郁症及焦虑症、精神分裂症等严重精神疾患；2）有自杀倾向患者；3）有其他系统的严重疾病需要治疗者；4）睡眠呼吸暂停综合征；5）有头部外伤史者。 研究二：排除标准：1）合并有抑郁症及焦虑症、精神分裂症等严重精神疾患；2）有自杀倾向患者；3）有其他系统的严重疾病需要治疗者；4）睡眠呼吸暂停综合征；5）针刺穴位处有皮肤破损、过敏等皮肤相关疾患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Study 1: exclusion criteria: 1) complicated with depression, anxiety disorder, schizophrenia and other serious mental disorders; 2) Patients with suicidal tendencies; 3) There are serious diseases of other systems that need treatment; 4) Sleep apnea syndrome; 5) Those with a history of head trauma.
