研究目的：

对比电针组和假电针组干预血脂异常肥胖女性临床响应情况，探讨其肠-脂代谢多组学特征。

Objectives of Study：

To compare the clinical responses ofobesity among women with dyslipidemia to the electroacupuncture group and the sham electroacupuncture group, and investigate their gut-lipid metabolism multi-omics characteristics.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

符合上述肥胖（BMI≥28.0 kg/m2）和《中国成人血脂异常防治指南（2016年修订版）》血脂异常诊断标准，且限制同时存在高低密度脂蛋白胆固醇血症，即LDL-C≥3.4mol/L（130mg/dL），年龄在18-45岁；了解试验并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

Meeting the criteria for obesity (BMI ≥ 28.0 kg/m²) and the dyslipidemia diagnostic standards according to the "Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Dyslipidemia in Chinese Adults (2016 Revised Edition)," with the simultaneous presence of high low-density lipoprotein cholesterol disorders, i.e., LDL-C ≥ 3.4 mol/L (130 mg/dL), aged between 18-45 years; understanding the trial and signing the informed consent form.

排除标准：

如果受试者有以下一个或多个标准，他们将被排除在外： A 合并有免疫相关疾病； B 合并重大内科、肿瘤等疾病； C 处于感冒、急性感染等急性病阶段者，或操作部位有炎症、瘢痕或外伤者，或有全身严重感染者；或正在经历或可能出现糖尿病皮肤糜烂或溃疡者； D 合并梅毒或艾滋病等传染性疾病者； E 造血系统严重原发性疾病者，或凝血功能异常患者； F 严重认知缺陷，不能合作； G哺乳妊娠或正准备妊娠的妇女； H 糖尿病； I自行服用已知影响糖脂代谢的药物者； J 正接受其他或影响本干预响应评估的治疗者； K 在过去半年内接受过针灸治疗。

Exclusion criteria：

Subjects will be excluded if they have one or more of the following criteria: A.With immune-related diseases; B. With major internal medicine, tumor and other diseases; C. In the acute stage of cold, acute infection, or with inflammation, scar or trauma at the operation site, or with severe systemic infection; or those who are experiencing or may develop diabetic skin erosion or ulcer; D. With infectious diseases such as syphilis or AIDS; E. With severe primary diseases of the hematopoietic system, or patients with abnormal coagulation function; F. With severe cognitive impairment and inability to cooperate; G. During breastfeeding stage or preparing for pregnancy; H. With diabetes; I. Taking drugs known to affect glucose and lipid metabolism; J. Receiving other treatments that may affect the response assessment of this intervention; K. Having received acupuncture treatment in the past six months.
