研究目的：

1. 验证中医松静功对过度皮层觉醒的纠正作用； 2. 探讨中医松静功对原发性失眠（Primary Insomnia, PI）患者相关脑网络改变； 3. 探索中医松静功干预PI患者的特异性脑网络； 4. 为中医松静功优化PI治疗提供参考和依据，为其应用和推广提供理论基础。

Objectives of Study：

1.Verify the corrective effect of traditional Chinese medical relaxing and calming exercise on Cerebral hyper-arousal 2.Explore the changes of brain network in patients with primary insomnia(PI) practiced by traditional Chinese medical relaxing and calming exercise 3.Explore the specific brain network of patients with primary insomnia practiced by traditional Chinese medical relaxing and calming exercise 4.Provide reference and basis for the optimal treatment of primary insomnia practiced by traditional Chinese medical relaxing and calming exercise, and provide a theoretical basis for its application and promotion.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1）符合DSM-Ⅴ原发性失眠诊断标准，阿森斯失眠严重指数量表(ISI)评分≥15分或匹兹堡睡眠质量指数（PSQI）≥7分；2）年龄20-60岁；3）近1个月未服用抗抑郁药物、抗焦虑药物、抗精神病药物及镇静催眠药物；4）不存在核磁扫描禁忌症（无金属性植入物品、右利手）；5）文化程度为初中以上。

Inclusion criteria

1）It meets the diagnostic criteria of DSM-V primary insomnia, Insomnia severity Index scale(ISI) ≥15,or Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI) ≥7 2）Ages 20-60 3）No antidepressants, anxiolytics, antipsychotics and hypnotics were taken in recent 1 month. 4）No contraindications of MRI scanning (No metallic implants, right-handed ) 5）Education level above junior high school

排除标准：

1）有脑器质性疾病史； 2）围绝经期、妊娠及哺乳期妇女；3）患有严重躯体疾病者；4）存在自杀观念或有自杀行为者；5）有冥想、气功练习史；6）存在核磁扫描禁忌症者：①带有心脏起搏器、神经刺激器者、人工金属心脏瓣膜等 ②带有动脉瘤夹者（非顺磁性如钛合金除外）③有眼内金属异物、内耳植入、金属假体者、金属假肢、金属关节、体内铁磁性等异物者 ④重度高热患者 ⑤有幽闭恐惧症 ⑥颅脑疾病、创伤、特发性癫痫7）入组前6个月内有做放射性核素ECT或经颅磁刺激治疗者。

Exclusion criteria：

1）History of brain organic diseases 2）Perimenopausal, pregnant and lactating women 3）Persons with severe physical diseases 4）Suicidal concept or suicidal behavior 5）History of meditation and qigong practice 6）Contraindications of MRI scanning: ① patients with cardiac pacemaker, nerve stimulator, artificial metal heart valve, etc.; ② patients with aneurysm clip (excluding nonparamagnetic titanium alloy); ③ patients with intraocular metal foreign bodies, inner ear implantation, metal prosthesis, metal prosthesis, metal joint, ferromagnetic and other foreign bodies; ④ patients with severe hyperthermia; ⑤ patients with claustrophobia; ⑥ craniocerebral diseases Trauma, idiopathic epilepsy 7）Radionuclide examination or transcranial magnetic stimulation within 6 month.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

研究者根据受试者的原始观察记录，将数据及时、完整、正确、清晰地载入病例报告表。录入采用相应的数据库系统双人双机录入，之后对数据库进行两遍比对。电子数据文件分类保存，并有多个备份保存于不同磁盘或记录介质上，妥善保存，防止损坏。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Based on the original observation records, researchers will completely write accurate data into case report forms in time. Input the data into corresponding database system by two special researchers with two computers respectively.After that, researchers compare two database twice and electronic data will be conserved and backup.
