研究目的：

拟设计高质量的 RCT 试验来研究太极推拿干预脑梗死恢复期患者运动功能障碍的临床疗效；同时借助于 TMS-MEP 检测方法观察其神经电生理指标，分析其运动皮层活性的变化，进一步阐述太极推拿对大脑皮质运动功能重塑的机制，为深入开展太极推拿的科学研究及临床推广应用奠定基础。

Objectives of Study：

A high-quality RCT will be designed to study the clinical efficacy of Taiji massage in intervening motor dysfunction in patients recovering from cerebral infarction; at the same time the neurophysiological indexes will be observed with the help of the TMS-MEP method to analyze the changes in the activity of the motor cortex so as to further elaborate on the mechanism of Taiji massage on the remodeling of the cerebral cortex and to lay a foundation for the in-depth development of the scientific research and the promotion of the clinical application of Taiji massage. This will lay the foundation for further scientific research and clinical popularization of Taiji Tui Na.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1: 符合诊断标准，具有神经功能缺损、肢体功能障碍的临床表现； 2: 发病后 2 周至半年内； 3: 年龄在 40 岁~75 岁之间，男女不限； 4: 生命体征平稳，意识清楚，病情稳定无明显记忆和认知障碍； 5: 签署知情同意书，能接受推拿治疗，有一定的语言表达能力，能配合完成临床试验的患者。

Inclusion criteria

1: Meet the diagnostic criteria with neurological deficits limb dysfunction clinical manifestations 2: Within 2 weeks to half a year after the onset 3: Aged between 40 and 75 years old men and women are not limited 4: Stable vital signs clear consciousness stable condition without obvious memory and cognitive impairment 5: Signed informed consent can accept massage therapy have a certain ability of language expression can cooperate with the completion of clinical trials of patients.

排除标准：

1: 不符合上述诊断标准及纳入标准者； 2: 出血性脑卒中患者； 3: 短暂性脑缺血发作，神经功能缺损具有可逆性的患者； 4: 经检查发现由脑外伤、脑肿瘤、脑寄生虫病、脑炎等疾病引起的神经功能缺损患者； 5: 合并有严重的心、肝、肾以及造血系统等危及生命的原发性疾病或精神病患者； 6: 合并高烧、严重感染、严重失语或有理解和交流障碍的患者； 7: 妊娠或哺乳期妇女； 8: 局部有溃疡、瘢痕或肿瘤等不适宜推拿手法操作的患者； 9: 头颅内有金属异物或者带有心脏起搏器、心脏支架植入、耳蜗植入等具有经颅磁刺激禁忌症的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1: Those who do not meet the above diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria 2: Hemorrhagic stroke patients 3: Patients with transient ischemic attack and reversible neurological deficits 4: Patients with neurological deficits caused by brain trauma brain tumors brain parasitic diseases encephalitis and other diseases were found by examination. 5: Complicated with serious heart liver kidney and hematopoietic system and other life-threatening primary diseases or mental patients 6: Patients with high fever severe infection severe aphasia or understanding and communication disorders 7: Pregnant or lactating women 8: Patients with local ulcers scars or tumors that are not suitable for massage manipulation 9: Patients with contraindications to transcranial magnetic stimulation such as metal foreign bodies in the skull or with cardiac pacemakers cardiac stent implantation cochlear implantation etc.

采用Excel软件随机生成数字1-64，并予以编号，按照1:1分成两组，分组完成后将结果打印并装进不透光的信封密封，符合本研究纳入标准的受试者按就诊顺序对号启封，观察组和对照组各32人。

The numbers 1-64 were randomly generated and numbered using Excel software and divided into two groups according to 1:1 after the grouping was completed the results were printed and sealed in opaque envelopes and the subjects who fulfilled the inclusion criteria of the present study were unsealed in the order of their visit to the clinic in pairs of numbers with 32 subjects in each of the observation and control groups.
