研究目的：

旨在明确中医非药物疗法八段锦联合五行音乐对改善新型冠状病毒肺炎无症状感染者负性情绪、睡眠、生活质量具有一定的疗效。

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to clarify the efficacy of TCM non-drug therapy Baduanjin combined with Wuxing Music in improving negative mood, sleep and quality of life of asymptomatic COVID-19 patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

(1)符合《新型冠状病毒肺炎诊疗方案（试行第九版）》中新型冠状病毒感染患者的诊断标准； (2)无症状感染者； (3)年龄满18周岁，小于80周岁； (4)首次新型冠状病毒核酸阳性48小时内； (5)知情同意过程符合规定，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Meeting the diagnostic criteria for novel Coronavirus infection in COVID-19 Protocol (Trial Edition 9); (2) asymptomatic infected persons; (3) At least 18 years old and under 80 years old; (4) Within 48 hours of the first novel coronavirus nucleic acid positive; (5) The informed consent process complies with the provisions, and the informed consent is signed.

排除标准：

(1)新型冠状病毒感染有症状患者； (2)入组前经过中医非药物疗法干预； (3)合并精神病及意识障碍者；

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Novel coronavirus infection of symptomatic patients; (2) Non-drug intervention of TRADITIONAL Chinese medicine before enrollment; (3) patients with mental illness and disorder of consciousness;
