研究目的：

1.探讨一种适宜产妇的中医适宜技术，推动中医护理技术的发展。 2.通过实施艾灸联合八髎膏对产后妇女并发症防治及改善的临床效果研究，解决由于产后产妇和家属对常规医学的治疗产生的疑虑和困难，提供一种绿色，安全的中医适宜技术的治疗方法，促进产后妇女的身心健康。 3.通过实施艾灸联合八髎膏对产后妇女并发症防治的临床效果研究，基于中医理论经络学说为指导，发挥中医药特色，并形成标准化的服务规范；对于预防及改善产后并发症提供一项安全、效果显著的治疗新方法，从而促进中医适宜技术在妊娠期妇女中的应用。 4.观察艾灸联合八髎膏防治产后并发症的临床疗效，探讨其作用机理，为临床提供一些思路和方法。

Objectives of Study：

1. To explore a suitable Chinese medicine technology for women in labour and to promote the development of Chinese medicine nursing technology. 2. To study the clinical effect of moxibustion combined with eight-silos ointment on the prevention and treatment of complications and improvement of postnatal women, to solve the doubts and difficulties of postnatal mothers and their families on the treatment of conventional medicine, and to provide a green and safe treatment method of Chinese medicine appropriate technology, so as to promote the physical and mental health of postnatal women. 3. To study the clinical effects of moxibustion combined with eight-saurus cream on the prevention and treatment of complications in post-partum women, based on the meridian theory of Chinese medicine, to give full play to the characteristics of Chinese medicine and to form a standardised service specification; and to provide a safe and effective treatment method for the prevention and improvement of post-partum complications, thus promoting the application of Chinese medicine appropriate technology to women during pregnancy. 4. To observe the clinical efficacy of moxibustion combined with eight-saurus ointment in the prevention and treatment of post-partum complications, to explore its mechanism of action, and to provide some ideas and methods for the clinic.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

干预组：常规治疗+艾灸联合八髎膏治疗。以下是艾灸联合八髎膏治疗的详细步骤及注意事项。 实施： 1.准备八髎膏块（将姜汁与八髎粉调和） 2.协助患者取俯卧位，确保施灸部位（八髎穴）充分暴露，根据医嘱和穴位情况选择适当的定位方法并确定施灸位置，必要时清洁皮肤。 3.将八髎膏块放置八髎穴，艾条放入艾箱并点燃。 4.再次核对腧穴部位以及施灸方法。将点燃的艾箱按要求进行施灸。在施灸时，灸至局部皮肤红晕、温热而无灼痛为度，随时观察病人,询问有无不适，注意局部皮肤及病情变化，防烫伤及衣物毁坏。 5.施灸完毕后擦净局部皮肤，将艾条置于水中熄灭艾火，协助患者更衣，安置患者舒适体位，整理床单位，酌情开窗通风。 注意事项： ①在施灸前，应确保患者已排空膀胱并松解腰带，遵循饭后1小时内不宜施灸的原则。 ②在进行操作之前，务必检查艾箱外观是否有破损或其他异常情况。 ③在治疗过程中和治疗后，应密切观察患者的皮肤状况，重视患者的主诉。如果出现灼痛、水疱等情况，要及时处理。 ④注意保暖措施，灸后的4小时内避免受风和湿水，饮食以清淡为主，尽量少食油腻和生冷的瓜果，多饮温水。

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Intervention group: conventional treatment + moxibustion combined with Baxiao paste treatment.The following are the detailed steps and precautions for moxibustion combined with octopus cream treatment. Implementation: 1. prepare a block of Baxiao paste (mixing ginger juice with Baxiao powder) 2. assist the patient to take the prone position, ensure that the site of moxibustion (Bareshi point) is fully exposed, select the appropriate positioning method and determine the location of moxibustion according to the medical advice and acupoints, and clean the skin if necessary. 3. Place the Pat-siao paste block on the Pat-siao point and the moxa stick into the moxa box and light it. 4. Re-check the location of the acupuncture point and the method of moxibustion.Apply moxibustion to the lit moxa box as required.When applying moxibustion, moxibustion until the local skin redness, warmth and no burning pain for the degree, at any time to observe the patient, ask for any discomfort, pay attention to the local skin and changes in the condition of preventing burns and clothing destruction. 5. After moxibustion, wipe the local skin, put the moxa sticks in water to extinguish the fire, assist the patient to change clothes, place the patient in a comfortable position, make up the bed unit, and open the window to ventilate the room as appropriate. Precautions: ① Before applying moxibustion, make sure the patient has emptied the bladder and loosened the belt, and follow the principle that moxibustion should not be applied within 1 hour after meals. ②Before the operation, be sure to check the appearance of the moxa box for any damage or other abnormalities. ③ During and after treatment, the patient's skin condition should be closely observed and the patient's complaints should be taken seriously.If burning pain, blisters, etc. occur, they should be treated promptly. ④ Pay attention to warming measures, avoid wind and wet water within 4 hours after moxibustion, eat a light diet, minimise greasy and cold fruits and vegetables, and drink plenty of warm water.

纳入标准：

（1）经阴道分娩的产妇； （2）足月、单胎、头先露； （3）年龄在 21-40 岁之间； （4）产后母婴同室，母乳喂养； （5）患者在治疗期间未用与本病治疗有关的其它药物和治疗措施； （6）无泌尿生殖系统感染，无严重妊娠及产后合并症，既往无经阴道手术史； （7）无其他因素导致的神经肌肉性病变，无认知功能障碍； （8）知情同意，志愿受试；

Inclusion criteria

(1) Mothers who give birth vaginally; (2) Full-term, single foetus, head first; (3) Aged between 21 and 40 years old; (4) Breastfeeding with mother and baby in the same room after delivery; (5) The patient has not used any other medication or therapeutic measures related to the treatment of this disease during the treatment period;

排除标准：

排除标准： （1）合并产后感染所致出血； （2）产后宫内组织残留者； （3）患有精神疾病或肿瘤家族史，或内外科疾病，神经系统疾病，乳房发育不良、泌尿生殖系统相关疾病、传染病，以及长期药物治疗； （4）对多种药物、艾灸过敏或为过敏体质者，皮肤病、传染病。 （5）不符合纳入标准，未按规定接受药物及辅助治疗，无法判断临床疗效或资料不全等，影响疗效和安全性判断者，体内有金属物质(例如心脏起搏器)； （6）过去3年内的精神或心理障碍、创伤事件或沟通障碍。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria: (1) Combined haemorrhage due to post-partum infection; (2) Postpartum intrauterine tissue retention; (3) Suffering from mental illness or family history of tumour, or medical or surgical diseases, neurological diseases, breast dysplasia, genitourinary related diseases, infectious diseases, and long-term medication; (4) Allergy to multiple drugs, moxibustion or being an allergic person, skin diseases, infectious diseases. (5) Those who did not meet the inclusion criteria, did not receive medication and adjuvant therapy as prescribed, could not judge the clinical efficacy or had incomplete information, etc., which affected the judgement of efficacy and safety, and those who had metallic substances (e.g., cardiac pacemakers) in their bodies; (6) Psychiatric or psychological disorders, traumatic events or communication disorders within the past 3 years.
