研究目的：

压力性尿失禁（stress urinary incontinence,SUI），定义为因体力消耗、腹压增加之后的非自愿尿失禁，我国女性尿失禁的患病率为 46.5%，其中 SUI 占的 59.6%, 患病率随着年龄的增加而增加,且因中国人口老龄化的增长仍在上升。SUI 在女性中很 常见，可导致身体、情感和社会困扰，尿失禁的发作可能会严重影响工作生活。然而，治疗 SUI 的有效治疗方法不多。 针灸可能是一种有效的治疗选择，其电针（Electroacupuncture,EA）疗法已被发现可以减少漏尿量，虽然近几年发表了几项关于单独使用针灸治疗 SUI 的 RCT，但研究仍非常少，且大部分质量不高。因此需要高质量的研究确定电针对 SUI 的有效性。且既往研究长期压力性尿失禁患者存在脾肾亏虚特点，因此本次研究选穴特点增加了健脾补肾的效果；且选择下肢的穴位不仅有灵活的体位选择，操作较简单，也能很好的说明中医的整体性。本研究的主要目的是评估电针与安慰电针相比，在减少 SUI 女性尿漏方面的效果。

Objectives of Study：

Stress urinary incontinence (SUI) is defined as involuntary urinary incontinence after physical exertion and increased abdominal pressure. The prevalence of urinary incontinence in women in my country is 46.5% of which SUI accounts for 59.6%. The prevalence increases with age and is still rising due to the growth of China's aging population. SUI is common in women and can cause physical emotional and social distress. The onset of urinary incontinence may seriously affect work and life. However there are not many effective treatments for SUI. Acupuncture may be an effective treatment option. Its electroacupuncture (EA) therapy has been found to reduce urine leakage. Although several RCTs on the use of acupuncture alone to treat SUI have been published in recent years the studies are still very few and most of them are of low quality. Therefore high-quality research is needed to determine the effectiveness of electroacupuncture for SUI. In addition previous studies have shown that patients with long-term stress urinary incontinence have the characteristics of spleen and kidney deficiency so the acupoint selection characteristics of this study have increased the effect of strengthening the spleen and kidney; and the selection of acupoints on the lower limbs not only has flexible body position selection and simple operation but also can well illustrate the integrity of traditional Chinese medicine. The main purpose of this study is to evaluate the effect of electroacupuncture compared with placebo electroacupuncture in reducing urine leakage in women with SUI.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.满足 2013 年第五届国际尿失禁咨询的压力性尿失禁诊断标准中，轻度至中度 SUI患者；2.女性，年龄 35-75 岁；3.同意并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with mild to moderate SUI who meet the diagnostic criteria for stress urinary incontinence of the 5th International Consultation on Urinary Incontinence in 2013; 2. Female aged 35-75 years; 3. Agree and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.其他类型的尿失禁（紧迫性、充盈性或混合性）；2.尿失禁手术或盆底手术史。3.重度和极重度漏尿患者，盆腔器官脱垂≥2 度；4.尿路感染；5.残余尿量>30mL；6. 最大尿流速率<为 20mL/s；7.活动受限（行走和/或跑步和/或爬楼梯）；8.曾使用可能影响膀胱功能的药物或已接受 SUI 专科治疗的患者；9.严重的心血管、脑、肝、肾和造血系统疾病、精神障碍、糖尿病、多系统萎缩、马尾神经病变和脊髓疾病；10. 妊娠期或哺乳期；11.体内有金属如内固定物及心脏起搏器，电针恐惧或金属过敏症。12.先天性泌尿生殖道畸形的患者；13.不配合检查及治疗患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Other types of urinary incontinence (urgency filling or mixed); 2. History of urinary incontinence surgery or pelvic floor surgery. 3. Severe and extremely severe urine leakage patients pelvic organ prolapse ≥2 degrees; 4. Urinary tract infection; 5. Residual urine volume >30mL; 6. Maximum urine flow rate <20mL/s; 7. Limited activity (walking and/or running and/or climbing stairs); 8. Patients who have used drugs that may affect bladder function or have received specialized treatment for SUI; 9. Severe cardiovascular brain liver kidney and hematopoietic system diseases mental disorders diabetes multiple system atrophy cauda equina neuropathy and spinal cord diseases; 10. Pregnancy or lactation; 11. Metal in the body such as internal fixation and pacemaker electroacupuncture fear or metal allergy. 12. Patients with congenital urogenital malformations; 13. Patients who do not cooperate with examination and treatment.

随机方法（请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列）：

参与者按照 1：1 的比例被随机分配到盆底肌训练+电针治疗组和盆底肌训练+安慰电针治疗组，每组 58 例。根据研究设计，进行组内前后对照和组间平行对照。对纳入标准进行严格的限制，具体的纳入和排除标准将把参与者限制在特定的范围内，以减少患者之间的差异，使结论更有效。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

Participants were randomly assigned to the pelvic floor muscle training + electroacupuncture treatment group and the pelvic floor muscle training + sham electroacupuncture treatment group in a 1:1 ratio with 58 cases in each group. According to the research design intra-group before-after control and inter-group parallel control were performed. Strict restrictions were imposed on the inclusion criteria and specific inclusion and exclusion criteria would limit the participants to a specific range to reduce differences between patients and make the conclusions more valid.
