研究目的：

1. 通过KOA患者在多中心临床应用中的治疗反应，客观评估温针灸的疗效，验证温针灸疗法在真实临床环境中的有效性。 2. 探讨KOA患者的乙酰化状态与温针灸疗效之间的关联，揭示KOA患者乙酰化模式与温针灸疗效的分子机制。 3. 整合影像数据、生物标志物和临床数据，基于机器学习构建KOA患者疗效预测模型，实现对KOA患者治疗反应的个性化预测。

Objectives of Study：

1. objectively assess the efficacy of warm acupuncture and moxibustion through the therapeutic response of KOA patients in multi-center clinical applications and verify the effectiveness of warm acupuncture and moxibustion therapy in real clinical settings. 2. to explore the association between the acetylation status of KOA patients and the efficacy of warm acupuncture and moxibustion and to reveal the molecular mechanism of the acetylation pattern and the efficacy of warm acupuncture and moxibustion in KOA patients. 3. Integrate imaging data biomarkers and clinical data to construct an efficacy prediction model for KOA patients based on machine learning to achieve personalized prediction of treatment response for KOA patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1）符合中华医学会2018年版《骨关节炎诊疗指南》KOA诊断标准及符合KL分级≤III级； 2）有明确的中医诊断； 3）受试年龄范围≥38岁（美国风湿病学会1986版标准）； 4）曾接受其他疗法者，需经14天的洗脱期； 5）签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1) Meet the KOA diagnostic criteria of the 2018 edition of the Chinese Medical Association's Osteoarthritis Diagnostic and Treatment Guidelines and meet the KL grading ≤ grade III; 2) Have a clear TCM diagnosis; 3) Subjects' age range ≥38 years (American College of Rheumatology 1986 edition criteria); 4) A 14-day washout period for those who had received other therapies; 5) Signed informed consent.

排除标准：

1）膝关节局部存在结核、肿瘤、类风湿性以及风湿性关节炎者； 2）伴膝皮肤破损或其他疾病，影响到局部治疗者； 3）近2个月内接受过激素治疗、对膝关节进行过关节腔注射或关节镜检查者； 4）正在或准备参加其他临床试验者； 5）研究员结合患者实际情况，评估易失访者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Those with localized tuberculosis tumor rheumatoid as well as rheumatoid arthritis of the knee joint; 2) those with broken knee skin or other diseases that affect the local treatment; 3) Those who have received hormone therapy arthritic injections into the knee joint or arthroscopy within the last 2 months; 4) Those who are participating or preparing to participate in other clinical trials; 5) Those who are assessed by the researcher to be vulnerable to loss of visits in the context of the patient's actual condition.
