研究目的：

探讨吴茱萸中药塌渍联合耳针在预防及缓解全麻并使用静脉止疼泵的患者术后发生恶心呕吐中的治疗价值，为术后康复的治疗和护理提供简单可行的新思路和方法。

Objectives of Study：

Exploring the therapeutic value of Wu Zhu Yu traditional Chinese medicine combined with ear acupuncture in preventing and relieving postoperative nausea and vomiting in patients under general anesthesia and using intravenous pain pumps providing a simple and feasible new approach and method for postoperative rehabilitation treatment and nursing.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

选取我院收治患者中实施全麻下骨科手术并使用静脉镇痛泵患者120例纳入试验，对照组30例（正常术后无干预患者），超前观察组30例（术后即予吴茱萸中药塌渍联合耳针疗法），常规对照组30例（常规肌肉注射甲氧氯普胺），中医观察组30例（恶心呕吐时立即应用吴茱萸中药塌渍联合耳针），随机分配，4组人员在年龄、性别、病程及病种上无显著差异，具有可参照性。患者均采用全麻下骨科手术并使用静脉镇痛泵患者，知情同意下自愿接受治疗者。

Inclusion criteria

120 patients who underwent orthopedic surgery under general anesthesia and used intravenous analgesia pumps in our hospital were selected for the trial. There were 30 patients in the control group (normal postoperative patients without intervention) 30 patients in the Early observation group (treated with Wu Zhu Yu traditional Chinese medicine decoction combined with ear acupuncture after surgery) 30 patients in the routine control group (treated with routine muscle injection of metoclopramide) and 30 patients in the traditional Chinese medicine observation group (treated with Wu Zhu Yu traditional Chinese medicine decoction combined with ear acupuncture immediately when nausea and vomiting occur). They were randomly assigned. There were no significant differences in age gender disease duration and disease type among the four groups which were comparable. All patients underwent orthopedic surgery under general anesthesia and used intravenous analgesia pumps and voluntarily accepted treatment with informed consent.

排除标准：

不符合上述标准； 患者及家属不愿意接受手术治疗者； 患精神心理疾病，不能配合手术者； 临床评估存在手术禁忌症患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Not meeting the above standards; Patients and their families who are unwilling to undergo surgical treatment; Patients with mental illness who cannot cooperate with surgery; Patients with surgical contraindications in clinical evaluation.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据采集将通过线上问卷的方式进行。研究团队将使用EXCEL和R等软件对数据进行管理和处理。 所有线上问卷都将被加密，只有研究团队中的核心成员才有获取数据的权限。 所有数据将备份在加密的硬盘中，并锁在保险柜中，只有研究团队中的核心成员才能够获取此硬盘。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data collection will be conducted through online questionnaires; Data management will be conducted through software such as Excel and R. Data will be collected using encrypted online questionnaires. Only the core research team will have access to the data. All data will also be backed up in an encrypted hard drive that is only available to the core research team. Data will be managed and processed using Excel and R Studio.
