这项临床试验测试了一种名为“和肤止痒洗剂”的传统中药洗剂在缓解糖尿病引起的瘙痒皮肤方面的安全性和有效性。许多糖尿病患者会经历持续的瘙痒，这可能会影响睡眠和日常生活。目前的治疗方法并不总是能提供足够的缓解，因此研究人员正在评估这种由徐长卿和白鲜皮等成分制成的中药洗剂是否有助于减轻症状。

Objectives of Study：

This clinical trial tests the safety and effectiveness of a traditional Chinese herbal wash called "Hefu Zhiyang Lotion" in relieving itchy skin caused by diabetes. Many people with diabetes experience persistent itching that can disrupt sleep and daily life. Current treatments do not always provide adequate relief so researchers are evaluating whether this herbal lotion made from ingredients like Xu Chang Qing and Bai Xian Pi can help alleviate symptoms. The study includes 60 adults aged 18 to 75 with diabetes and moderate-to-severe itching. Participants are divided into two groups. The test group uses the herbal wash diluted in water daily for two weeks while the control group uses a placebo that looks and smells the same but contains no active herbs. All participants continue their standard diabetes treatments such as blood sugar management. Researchers aim to demonstrate that the herbal wash reduces itching more effectively than the placebo as measured by a standardized itch score. They also hope to show improvements in skin health such as reduced dryness and balanced skin bacteria while confirming the treatment's safety with no serious side effects. Successful results could provide a natural and affordable option for relieving diabetic itch particularly where conventional treatments fall short. The study also contributes to understanding how traditional Chinese medicine might complement modern diabetes care.

纳入标准：

纳入标准 ①年龄在18-75周岁； ②符合糖尿病皮肤瘙痒症诊断且瘙痒程度大于等于4分的患者； ③愿意服从治疗方案、配合随访，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion Criteria ① Age between 18-75 years old; ② Patients who fulfill the diagnosis of diabetic pruritus and have an itching degree greater than or equal to 4 points; ③ Willing to obey the treatment program cooperate with the follow-up and sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

排除标准： ①皮肤破溃者； ②合并心脑肝肾等严重原发性疾病者（血肌酐清除率＜30ml/min，丙氨酸氨基转移酶≥2.5倍正常上限，总胆红素≥1.5倍正常上限；慢性心功能不全，心功能分级III级和以上）； ③妊娠或哺乳期妇女； ④对试验药物成分过敏的患者； ⑤不能配合者、严重皮损者； ⑥正在参加其它类似干预治疗者； ⑦存在认知障碍或精神障碍的患者。

Exclusion criteria: ① Those with skin breakdown; ② People with combined heart brain liver kidney and other serious primary diseases (blood creatinine clearance <30ml/min alanine aminotransferase ≥2.5 times the upper limit of normal total bilirubin ≥1.5 times the upper limit of normal; chronic cardiac insufficiency cardiac function class III and above); ③Pregnant or lactating women; ④ Patients who are allergic to the components of the test drug; ⑤ Those who cannot cooperate those with severe skin lesions; ⑥ Those who are participating in other similar intervention treatments; ⑦ Patients with cognitive or mental disorders.

本研究采用中央随机系统生成的区组随机序列，以1:1比例分配至试验组（和肤止痒洗剂+基础治疗）或对照组（安慰剂+基础治疗），随机序列生成与分配流程均通过伦理审查，且保留完整审计追踪记录以保障可重复性与透明度。

This study used a central randomization system to generate block random sequences which were allocated in a 1:1 ratio to the experimental group (Hepu Antipruritic Lotion+basic treatment) or the control group (placebo+basic treatment). The process of generating and allocating random sequences passed ethical review and complete audit tracking records were retained to ensure reproducibility and transparency.
