研究目的：

(1) 构建视频捕捉预测老年肌少症发病风险模型 (2) 筛选出老年肌少症高危人群早期测试灵敏指标 (3) 建立老年肌少症多维度筛查与视觉评估预测患病风险系统，探索相关指标间内在联系

Objectives of Study：

(1) Construct a video capture model to predict the risk of senile sarcopenia (2) Screening out sensitive indicators for early testing of elderly people at high risk of sarcopenia (3) Establish a multi-dimensional screening and visual assessment system for predicting the risk of senile sarcopenia and explore the internal relationship between relevant indicators

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

病例报告表由研究者填写，每个入选病例必须完成病例报告表。全部病例均按以研究方案进行观察、治疗，按照研究病历填写要求认真填写病历报告表格。如实记录受试者用药情况、合并症情况。病历及病例报告表格作为原始记录，不得更改，做任何更正时不得改变原始记录，只能采用附加叙述说明理由，由参加临床研究的医师签名并注明日期。完成的病例报告表由监查员审查后，移交数据管理员，进行数据录入与管理工作。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

The case report form shall be completed by the investigator and must be completed by each enrolled case. All cases were observed and treated according to the research protocol and the medical record report form was carefully filled in according to the requirements of the research medical record filling. Truthfully record the drug use and complications of the subjects. The medical record and case report form shall be the original record and shall not be altered and any correction shall not be altered. The original record shall only be justified by an additional statement signed and dated by the physician participating in the clinical study. The completed case report form is reviewed by the supervisor and transferred to the data manager for data entry and management.
