研究目的：

通过随机、平行、安慰剂对照试验，观察针刺对心脾两虚型轻中度广泛性焦虑障碍患者的疗效，以评价针刺疗效及对生活质量的影响。

Objectives of Study：

Through randomized parallel placebo-controlled trials the efficacy of acupuncture on patients with mild to moderate generalized anxiety disorder of both heart and spleen deficiency type was observed to evaluate the efficacy of acupuncture and its impact on the quality of life.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）符合中西医广泛性焦虑障碍的诊断标准； （2）年龄在 20~60 岁之间，性别不限； （3）广泛性焦虑症量表 （GAD-7）在5-14分，汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）评分在≥14 分且≤29分； （4）视觉、听觉正常，能够配合相关量表填写及检查； （5）自愿参加本临床研究，并签署知情同意书，能够坚持针灸治疗者。 注：同时符合以上5项的患者，方可纳入本项研究。

Inclusion criteria

(1) It meets the diagnostic criteria for generalized anxiety disorder in both traditional Chinese and Western medicine; (2) Age between 20 and 60 years old gender not limited; (3) The score of the Generalized Anxiety Disorder Scale (GAD-7) is between 5 and 14 points and the score of the Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) is ≥14 points and ≤29 points. (4) Normal vision and hearing capable of cooperating with the filling of relevant scales and examinations; (5) Those who voluntarily participate in this clinical study sign the informed consent form and are able to persist in acupuncture treatment. Note: Only patients who meet all the above five conditions simultaneously can be included in this study.

排除标准：

（1）孕妇及哺乳期患者； （2）诊断为抑郁、双相障碍、精神分裂症等其他伴有焦虑状态的严重精神障碍者； （3）存在智力障碍或对问卷内容理解困难者； （4）合并严重肝肾功能异常、肿瘤、造血系统疾病、心脑血管疾病者； （5）不能耐受针灸治疗者； （6）治疗部位皮肤破损者； （7）30天内接受过针灸治疗、服用过精神药物及抗抑郁、抗焦虑药物，或洗脱期未超过30天者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Pregnant women and lactating patients; (2) Those diagnosed with other severe mental disorders accompanied by anxiety such as depression bipolar disorder schizophrenia etc; (3) Those with intellectual disabilities or difficulty in understanding the content of the questionnaire; (4) Those with severe liver and kidney function abnormalities tumors hematopoietic system diseases and cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; (5) Those who cannot tolerate acupuncture treatment; (6) Those with skin damage at the treatment site; (7) Those who have received acupuncture treatment taken psychotropic drugs and antidepressants or anti-anxiety drugs within 30 days or whose elution period has not exceeded 30 days.

随机方法（请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列）：

采用随机实验法，采用SPSS 15.0软件产生66个随机数，按照大小对随机数进行排序并分为两组，将结果装入密封、不透光的信封中备用。课题秘书统一保管信封，按合格受试者入组的时间顺序选取相应序号的信封，交给负责治疗的主管医生。主管医生按照随机卡片标明的治疗措施进行相应的干预治疗。

The random experiment method was adopted. 66 random numbers were generated by SPSS 15.0 software. The random numbers were sorted by size and divided into two groups. The results were placed in sealed and opaque envelopes for future use. The project secretary will uniformly keep the envelopes select the envelopes with the corresponding serial numbers in the order of the qualified subjects' enrollment and hand them over to the attending doctor in charge of the treatment. The attending physician carried out corresponding intervention treatments in accordance with the treatment measures indicated on the random cards.
