研究目的：

主要目的：1、量化不同影响因素下胸椎掌按法的手法作用力；2、量化不同影响因素下胸椎掌按法的手法反作用力。 次要目的：1、明确在受试者不同影响因素下，胸椎掌按法各力学参数的安全应用范围；2、明确不同影响因素下对受试者VAS疼痛量表、I-PANAS-SF量表的影响；3、明确不同影响因素下对受试者治疗满意度CSQ-8量表的影响。

Objectives of Study：

Primary Objectives: 1. Quantify the manipulative force of thoracic spine palm pressing under different influencing factors;2. Quantify the manipulative reaction force of thoracic spine palm pressing under different influencing factors Secondary Objectives: 1. Clarify the safe application range of each mechanical parameter of the thoracic spine palm pressing method under different subject-related influencing factors.2. Clarify the effects of different subject-related influencing factors on the VAS pain scale I-PANAS-SF scale and CSQ-8 scale of treatment satisfaction.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）年龄在18岁~45岁；（2）胸部正侧位DR片未见明显异常；（3）体格检查结果未见明显异常；（4）肺活量正常；（5）经《Ⅰ期/BE 临床试验健康受试者/参与者管理专家共识》进行判断为健康受试者；（6）理解、同意参加本研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Aged between 18 and 45 years old; (2) no obvious abnormalities in frontal and lateral DR chest films; (3) no obvious abnormalities in physical examination results; (4) normal lung capacity; (5) judged to be healthy subjects according to the 'Expert Consensus on the Management of Healthy Subjects/Participants in Phase I/BE Clinical Trials'; and (6) understood and agreed to participate in the study signing the informed consent form.

排除标准：

（1）既往有脊柱手术史；（2）既往有脊柱骨折、肋骨骨折、胸骨骨折、气胸和胸腔积液者；（3）既往有脊柱感染、肿瘤、骨质疏松症、强直性脊柱炎和脊柱侧弯者；（4）肺活量异常者；（5）不能配合施术者；（6）伴精神病或认知障碍；（7）经研究者判断认为不适合参与本试验的受试者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Previous history of spinal surgery;(2) Previous spinal rib or sternal fractures; pneumothorax or pleural effusion;(3) Previous spinal infections tumors osteoporosis ankylosing spondylitis or scoliosis;(4) Abnormal lung capacity; (5) inability to cooperate with the procedure;(6) any concomitant psychiatric illnesses or cognitive impairments; and (7) subjects who at the investigator's discretion are deemed unsuitable for participation in this trial.
