研究目的：

本研究通过验证火龙罐综合灸对产后会阴水肿的治疗效果，以期为减轻产后会阴水肿患者的疼痛及水肿严重程度，为促进产后康复提供更优质的治疗方案。

Objectives of Study：

This study verified the therapeutic effect of Huolong pot comprehensive moxibustion on postpartum perineal edema in order to reduce the pain and severity of perineal edema in patients with postpartum perineal edema and provide a better treatment plan for promoting postpartum rehabilitation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

(1)单胎，初产，阴道分娩后会阴水肿达 I 度及以上产妇；（2）年龄 18 岁～35 岁；（3）理解、沟通能力正常;（4）自愿参与本研究者。

Inclusion criteria

(1)Single fetus primary labor pregnant women with perineal edema of degree I or above after vaginal delivery;(2) Age 18 to 35 years old;(3) Normal understanding and communication skills;(4) Volunteer to participate in this study.

排除标准：

（1）肝肾功能疾病、妇科肿瘤疾病；（2）全身感染性或免疫性疾病；（3）存在会阴伤口史；（4）合并妊娠糖尿病、妊娠高血压疾病；（5）会阴周围存在皮疹者；（6）对艾绒过敏者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Liver and kidney function diseases gynecological tumor diseases;(2) Systemic infectious or immune diseases;(3) History of perineal wounds;(4) Complicated with gestational diabetes and pregnancy-induced hypertension;(5) There is a rash around the perineum; (6) People who are allergic to mugwort.

Basic information such as age pregnancy order gestational week place of birth and ethnicity of the study subjects was extracted through the His system. Outcome indicators of the study subjects were collected from a special research table using a unified data table. The two people checked and entered them into epidata software and all the obtained research data were uniformly imported into spss for analysis and management
