研究目的：

通过应用间接能量消耗测量法，测定2型糖尿病患者的静息能量消耗值，分析其变化特点和影响因素，并探索与中医证候积分量的关系，为建立2型糖尿病的个性化的营养、运动及药物干预目标提供依据。

Objectives of Study：

By applying the indirect energy expenditure measurement method, the resting energy expenditure value of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus was measured, the change characteristics and influencing factors were analyzed, and the relationship with the TCM syndrome score was explored, so as to provide a basis for establishing personalized nutrition, exercise and drug intervention goals for type 2 diabetes.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）符合2型糖尿病、糖尿病前期诊断标准者； （2）年龄≥18岁且≤75岁； （3）所有受试者均签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Those who meet the diagnostic criteria for type 2 diabetes and prediabetes; (2) Age≥ 18 years old and ≤ 75 years old; (3) All subjects signed the informed consent form.

排除标准：

（1）贫血患者； （2）严重的肝功能、肾功能异常者； （3）女性处于孕期或哺乳期; （4）长期吸烟、酗酒史者; （5）甲状腺功能亢进症、甲状腺功能减退者； （6）急慢性腹泻、胃肠道疾病外科术后患者； （7）恶性肿瘤患者； （8）严重感染、发热、传染病患者； （9）严重的心、脑血管疾病患者； （10）服用影响代谢药物者； （11）严重的哮喘、慢性阻塞性肺疾病、睡眠呼吸暂停综合征等影响气体测定的患者； （12）精神疾病患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with anemia; (2) Patients with severe abnormal liver function and kidney function; (3) The woman is pregnant or breastfeeding; (4) Long-term smoking and alcohol history; (5) Patients with hyperthyroidism and hypothyroidism; (6) Patients with acute and chronic diarrhea and gastrointestinal diseases after surgery; (7) Patients with malignant tumors; (8) Patients with severe infection, fever and infectious diseases; (9) Patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; (10) Those who take drugs that affect metabolism; (11) Patients with severe asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, sleep apnea syndrome, etc., which affect gas measurement; (12) Patients with mental illness.
