研究目的：

本研究旨在通过随机对照临床试验，评价“调神益智”针刺法干预VaP-MCI的有效性和安全性，并基于弥散张量成像（DTI）技术和血清NFL水平初步探讨其可能的中枢效应机制。

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of the "Tiaoshen Yizhi" acupuncture intervention for VaP-MCI through a randomized controlled clinical trial and to explore its mechanism based on Diffusion Tensor Imaging (DTI) technology and serum NFL levels.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

VaP-MCI受试者：（1）年龄40-80岁，性别不限；（2）符合VaP诊断标准；（3）20分＜MMSE量表评分≤24分；（4）20分＜MoCA量表≤26分；（5）右利手；（6）自愿参加本研究并签署知情同意书。 健康受试者：（1）年龄40-80岁，性别不限；（2）可提供6个月能健康体检报告；（3）右利手；（4）自愿参加本研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

VaP-MCI patients: (1) Aged 40-80 years and regardless of gender; (2) Meets VaP diagnostic criteria; (3) 20 points<MMSE score ≤ 24 points; (4) 20 points<MoCA scale ≤ 26 points; (5) Right-handed hand; (6) Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form. Healthy participants: (1) Aged 40-80 years and regardless of gender; (2) Can provide a 6-month health examination report; (3) Right-handed hand; (4) Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

VaP-MCI受试者：（1）诊断为VaP之前即存在认知功能障碍；（2）合并其他中枢神经系统疾病；（3）有脑部手术史；（4）有自杀倾向及严重精神分裂等精神疾病或抗精神病药物治疗史；（5）有其他严重器质性疾病或影响认知功能评价的疾病；（6）有MRI检查禁忌症或其他原因导致无法配合检查；（7）曾经或正在服用影响认知功能药物。 健康受试者：（1）有脑部手术史；（2）合并其他中枢神经系统疾病；（3）有自杀倾向及严重精神分裂等精神疾病或抗精神病药物治疗史；（4）曾经或正在服用影响认知功能药物；（5）有MRI检查禁忌症或其他原因导致无法配合检查。

Exclusion criteria：

VaP-MCI patients: (1) Cognitive impairment present before the diagnosis of VaP; (2) Comorbid central nervous system diseases; (3) History of brain surgery; (4) Suicidal tendencies severe schizophrenia or history of antipsychotic medication use; (5) Severe organic diseases or other conditions affecting cognitive function assessment; (6) Contraindications to MRI scanning or inability to cooperate with the examination due to other reasons; (7) Past or current use of medications affecting cognitive function. Healthy participants: (1) History of brain surgery; (2) Comorbid central nervous system diseases; (3) Suicidal tendencies severe schizophrenia or history of antipsychotic medication use; (4) Past or current use of medications affecting cognitive function; (5) Contraindications to MRI scanning or inability to cooperate with the examination due to other reasons.
