研究目的：

新医正骨联合螺旋稳定肌肉链训练治疗青少年特发性脊柱侧弯的临床疗效观察

Objectives of Study：

This trial is designed to reveal the effects of FSM combined with spiral stabilization muscle chain training (SPS) a widely adopted sports rehabilitation method on AIS patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①符合《中医整脊常见病诊疗指南》以及国际脊柱侧凸研究学会相关诊断标准：①无先天性疾病及明确外伤史的青少年；②体征：脊柱呈侧弯畸形，双肩（双肩胛）或两髂嵴不等高，脊柱两侧肌肉不对称；③Adams前屈试验阳性；④影像学检查：站立位全脊柱正位X光片示Cobb角≥10°；⑤伴局部疼痛或不适感。且10°≤Cobb角＜45°；②年龄10-18岁，性别不限；③签署知情同意书并能配合随访；④能接受本研究各项治疗并配合Ｘ线检查，进行Cobb角、ATR角、VAS评分、SRS-22评分和肺功能等相关指标测量；⑤未接受过手术治疗，治疗期间不再接受其他任何治疗方案；⑥每周能够按时完成训练、遵守日常行为习惯要求。

Inclusion criteria

Diagnostic criteria Established according to the Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Common Spinal Disorders in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Scoliosis Research Society standards: ① Adolescents aged 10-18 without serious congenital disorders or trauma history; ② Signs: Spinal lateral curvature uneven shoulder/scapular or iliac crest height asymmetrical paraspinal muscles; ③ Positive Adams forward bend test; ④ Radiographic confirmation: Standing whole-spine AP X-ray showing Cobb angle ≥10°; ⑤ Accompanied by localized pain/discomfort. Inclusion criteria 1. Meeting the above diagnostic criteria with 10°≤Cobb angle<45°; 2. Aged 10-18 years gender unrestricted; 3. Signed informed consent and capable of follow-up compliance; 4. Willing to receive study treatments and undergo X-ray examinations for Cobb angle ATR angle VAS score SRS-22 score and pulmonary function measurements; 5. No prior surgical treatment and no additional therapies during the study period; 6. Able to complete weekly training sessions and adhere to prescribed behavioral requirements.

排除标准：

①不符合上述诊断标准，Cobb角>45°或手术指征明确、不宜非手术治疗者；②脊柱侧弯进展严重，已影响心肺功能，或需立即给予手术矫正者；③先天性脊柱畸形者，或有椎体滑脱症、肿瘤、结核、骨折等不耐受脊柱应力性治疗者；④接受过脊柱矫正手术者；⑤合并心脑血管、肺、肾和造血系统疾病、风湿病、神经肌肉疾病等严重原发性疾病者；⑥患有皮肤病或皮肤有破溃，妨碍手法操作者；⑦患有精神疾病，或心理障碍，临床依从性差的患者；⑧未按规定治疗或资料不全影响疗效判断者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Cases not meeting the above diagnostic criteria with Cobb angle >45° or clear surgical indications unsuitable for non-surgical treatment; ② Severe progression of scoliosis affecting cardiopulmonary function or requiring immediate surgical correction; ③ Congenital spinal deformity or conditions such as spondylolisthesis tumors tuberculosis fractures etc. that cannot tolerate spinal stress therapy; ④ Patients who have undergone spinal corrective surgery; ⑤ Comorbidities with severe primary diseases such as cardiovascular pulmonary renal or hematopoietic system disorders rheumatism or neuromuscular diseases; ⑥ Patients with skin diseases or skin ulcers hindering manual manipulation; ⑦ Patients with mental illnesses or psychological disorders exhibiting poor clinical compliance; ⑧ Patients who fail to adhere to the prescribed treatment or have incomplete data affecting efficacy evaluation.
