研究目的：

探讨和肤止痒洗剂治疗外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的临床疗效。

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the clinical efficacy of and skin-relieving itch lotion in the treatment of vulvovaginal pseudomycosis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）年龄 18岁至 50岁的女性患者； （2）符合单纯性外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病诊断标准； （3）有性生活史； （4）治疗及随访期间不计划妊娠者； （5）同意参加本试验并签署知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Female patients aged 18 to 50 years; (2) Meet diagnostic criteria for simple vulvovaginal pseudomycosis; (3) Have a history of sexual intercourse; (4) Not planning pregnancy during the treatment and follow-up period; (5) agree to participate in the trial and sign an informed consent form.

排除标准：

（1）合并其他如糖尿病、获得性免疫缺陷综合征等易引起阴道微生态紊乱疾病者； （2）合并有心血管、肝肾和造血系统等严重基础性疾病或精神疾病者； （3）合并有细菌性阴道病、滴虫性阴道炎或其他严重混合感染者； （4）对本研究药物过敏者； （5）妊娠期、哺乳期的患者。 （6）正在参加其他临床试验及正在进行外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病治疗的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Combined with other diseases such as diabetes mellitus acquired immunodeficiency syndrome and other diseases that tend to cause vaginal microecological disorders; (2) Those with serious underlying diseases such as cardiovascular hepatic renal and hematopoietic systems or mental illnesses; (3) People with bacterial vaginosis trichomoniasis or other serious mixed infections; (4) Those who are allergic to the study drug; (5) Patients during pregnancy and lactation. (6) Patients who are participating in other clinical trials and undergoing treatment for vulvovaginal pseudomycosis.

临床试验随机化分配方法由广东省中医院数据研究中心研究人员完成。依照随机数字表法,按照试验组:对照组=1 : 1的随机分组,将受试者分配至药物研究组和安慰剂对照组。

The randomized allocation method of the clinical trial was done by the researchers of the Data Research Center of Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Subjects were assigned to the drug study group and placebo control group according to the randomized grouping of test group:control group=1 : 1 according to the randomized number table method.
