研究目的：

本研究应用肌骨超声作为主要的观察手段，采用八卦灸作为主要的治疗方法，在课题研究过程中通过设定不同八卦灸时长的组别进行比较。通过八卦灸灸时的量化比较探讨最佳艾灸时长，寻找以最佳疗效为基础的八卦灸手段应用于急性腰痛的治疗，以期进一步丰富八卦灸应用于急性腰痛治疗的机理，为急性腰痛的临床治疗提供思路。

Objectives of Study：

In this study musculoskeletal ultrasound was used as the main observation method and Bagua moxibustion was adopted as the primary treatment approach. During the research process different groups with varying durations of Bagua moxibustion were set up for comparison. By quantitatively comparing the durations of Bagua moxibustion the optimal moxibustion duration was explored aiming to find the Bagua moxibustion approach based on the best curative effect for the treatment of acute low - back pain. It is expected to further enrich the mechanism of applying Bagua moxibustion in the treatment of acute low - back pain and provide ideas for the clinical treatment of acute low - back pain.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）符合急性腰痛中、西医诊断标准； （2）腰痛病程在4周以内，年龄18 ~70岁患者，性别不限； （3）疼痛视觉模拟评分法( VAS)（见附件）≥4分，神志清楚，生命体征平稳； （4）无腹部手术史及解剖结构异常； （5）知情同意并自愿参加本研究，治疗前签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

(1) Meet the above-mentioned diagnostic criteria of both Chinese and Western medicine; (2) Patients with low back pain lasting no more than 4 weeks aged between 18 and 70 with no gender restrictions; (3) Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) for pain (see attachment) ≥4 points with clear consciousness and stable vital signs; (4) No history of abdominal surgery or abnormal anatomical structure; (5) Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study with the informed consent form signed before treatment.

排除标准：

（1）不符合诊断标准和纳入标准者； （2）影像学检查显示有腰椎骨折、脱位等表现需要手术治疗者； （3）合并有肾动脉狭窄、肾脏急性 炎症、肾动脉夹层、梗阻性肾结石等其他急性病变引起的腰痛患者； （4）合并有重要器官严重病变者； （5）精神异常无法配合治疗者； （6）腹部局部皮肤有水疱、破溃或感染者； （7）妊娠期或哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Those who do not meet the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria; (2) Those who show symptoms such as lumbar fractures or dislocations through imaging examinations and require surgical treatment; (3) Patients with low back pain caused by other acute lesions such as renal artery stenosis acute kidney inflammation renal artery dissection and obstructive kidney stones; (4) Those with severe lesions in important organs; (5) Those with mental disorders who are unable to cooperate with treatment; (6) There are blisters ulcers or infections on the local skin of the abdomen; (7) Pregnant or lactating women.
