研究目的：

1.评估口服丹参、川芎对人体经络电能量值影响及动态变化； 2.尝试从经络电能量值变化的角度阐释中药归经理论。

Objectives of Study：

1.Evaluate the impact and dynamic changes of oral Danshen and Chuanxiong on meridian electrical energy values in the human body. 2.Attempt to explain the GuiJing theory of traditional Chinese medicine from the perspective of changes in meridian electrical energy values.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）健康标准符合 1989 年世界卫生组织(WHO)提出的健康 10 大标准，即： 1)有足够充沛的精力，能从容不迫应付日常生活和工作而不感到过分的紧张; 2)处世乐观，态度积极，勇于承担责任; 3)善于休息，睡眠良好; 4)应变能力强，能适应外界环境的各种化; 5)能抵抗一般性的感冒和传染病; 6)体重得当，身体匀称，站立时头、肩、臀位置协调; 7)眼睛明亮、反应敏锐、双耳聪敏; 8)牙齿清洁无龋齿、无痛感，齿龈色正常，无出血现象; 9)头发有光泽、无头屑； 10)肌肉、皮肤富有弹性，腰腿灵活，走路有轻松感。 （2）年龄20-30岁之间； （3）BMI在19-23之间； （4）生活作息规律，包括但不限于规律饮食、睡眠、学习； （5）自愿参加本研究，承诺遵守研究程序及注意事项，并签署知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Health standards meet the 10 major standards proposed by the World Health Organization (WHO) in 1989, namely: Have ample energy to handle daily life and work without feeling overly stressed; Have an optimistic outlook on life, a positive attitude, and the courage to take on responsibilities; Be good at resting and have good sleep; Have strong adaptability and the ability to cope with changes in the external environment; Be resistant to common colds and infectious diseases; Have appropriate body weight, well-proportioned body, and balanced head, shoulders, and hips when standing; Have bright eyes, quick responses, and sharp hearing; Have clean teeth without cavities or pain, normal gum color, and no bleeding; Have shiny hair without dandruff; Have elastic muscles and skin, flexible waist and legs, and a sense of ease when walking. (2) Age between 20 and 30 years old; (3) BMI between 19 and 23; (4) Follow a regular lifestyle, including but not limited to regular diet, sleep, and study; (5) Voluntarily participate in this study, agree to follow the research procedures and precautions, and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

（1）检测部位疼痛、麻木、瘙痒、感染、溃疡及各种皮损者； （2）妊娠、哺乳期、（检测时间避开女性月经期）； （3）对试验药物或器械过敏者； （4）近一周出现发热、咳嗽、头痛等症状者； （5）试验前2周内服用过任何药物或保健品者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Individuals with pain, numbness, itching, infection, ulcers, or various skin lesions at the testing site; (2) Individuals who are pregnant or breastfeeding (avoid testing during women's menstrual period); (3) Individuals who are allergic to the experimental drugs or equipment; (4) Individuals who have experienced symptoms such as fever, cough, or headache in the past week; (5) Individuals who have taken any medication or supplements in the 2 weeks prior to the experiment.
