研究目的：

通过随机对照试验研究，评价针灸组、综合治疗组（针灸+中药）治疗儿童单纯性肥胖的临床疗效、安全性及依从性。

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the clinical efficacy, safety and compliance of acupuncture and moxibustion group and Combined Treatment Group (acupuncture and moxibustion plus traditional Chinese Medicine) in the treatment of simple obesity in children through Randomized controlled trial studies.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.符合儿童单纯性肥胖的西医及中医诊断标准； 2.年龄：7～14岁； 3.积极配合治疗、完成疗程，资料完善者； 4.监护人按规定签署知情同意书，能接受患儿的治疗方法。

Inclusion criteria

1 in accordance with the diagnostic criteria of Western medicine and Chinese Medicine for simple obesity in children; 2 age: 7-14 Years Old; 3 actively cooperate with the treatment, complete the course of treatment, and complete the data; 4 The Guardian signed the informed consent according to the regulations, and could accept the treatment methods for the children.

排除标准：

1.不符合纳入标准； 2.晕针、不能完成运动量者； 3.皮肤皮损严重，出现结痂、破溃等情况者； 4.继发性肥胖或伴见其他疾病的患者； 5.不能或不愿意配合治疗方法、监护人不同意签署知情同意书者。

Exclusion criteria：

1 Not Meeting the inclusion criteria, 2 fainting, not being able to complete the exercise, 3 severe skin lesions, scab and burst, 4 patients with secondary obesity or other diseases; (5) those who are unable or unwilling to cooperate with the treatment method and the Guardian does not agree to sign the informed consent form.
