研究目的：

观察电针耳甲-中/次髎穴位组合对类风湿关节炎有效性及其疗效规律。

Objectives of Study：

To research clinical effects on electroacupuncture of "Cymba Concha - BL32, BL33" in treating Rheumatoid arthritis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①符合2010年美国ACR/EULAR的RA诊断标准； ②年龄适当（一般在18-85岁），男女均可； ③长期规律口服药物治疗，处于疾病稳定期；中疾病活动度（3.2<DAS28评分<=5.1）； ④能够填写完成各种评分量表，包括视觉模拟尺度表、病情改善标准表等； ⑤能配合医生完成各项体格检查及实验室检查； ⑥知情同意，自愿受试，签署知情同意书。 符合以上所有条件者方可纳入。

Inclusion criteria

① Meet diagnostic criteria comply with the 2010 American ACR/EULAR of Rheumatoid arthritis; ② Aged 18-75 years, all sex; ③ Long-term regular oral drug treatment, the disease is in a stable stage; the disease activity is moderate (3.2<DAS28 score<=5.1); ④ Those who can be able to fill in and complete various rating scales, including visual analog scale, HAQ, condition improvement standard form,...; ⑤ Those who can be able to cooperate with doctors to complete various physical examinations and laboratory examinations; ⑥ Those who were informed and voluntarily signed an informed consent form. Only those who meet all the above conditions can be included.

排除标准：

①合并患有其他风湿免疫病如脊柱关节病，系统性红斑狼疮等； ②处于妊娠期或备孕期、哺乳期妇女； ③合并严重心肺功能受损，不能承受针刺治疗或其他针刺禁忌症患者； ④晚期关节严重畸形，关节功能IV级者； ⑤接受特殊药物、理疗、推拿等其他治疗者； ⑥精神状态异常等无法合作者； ⑦有酒精、药物滥用史者，及工作生活环境变动等易失访的情况。 符合以上任意一者均排除。

Exclusion criteria：

①Combined with other rheumatic and immune diseases such as spondyloarthropathy, systemic lupus erythematosus, etc.; ② Women who are pregnant, preparing for pregnancy, or breastfeeding; ③Patients with severe cardiopulmonary function impairment who cannot tolerate acupuncture treatment or other contraindications to acupuncture; ④ Those with severe joint deformity in the late stage and joint function level IV; ⑤Those who receive special drugs, physical therapy, massage and other treatments; ⑥Those who are unable to cooperate due to abnormal mental state; ⑦Those with a history of alcohol or drug abuse, or changes in working and living environment are likely to be lost to follow-up. Anyone who meets any of the above criteria is excluded.
