探讨看图对话工具干预对青壮年2型糖尿病患者糖尿病痛苦的影响。

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effects of diabetes conversation map tool (DCMT) intervention on the diabetes distress in young adults with diabetes mellitus type 2 (T2DM).

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）知情且自愿加入本研究；（2）年龄18-55岁之间；（3）符合《中国2型糖尿病防治指南（2013年版）》诊断标准。

Inclusion criteria

1) informed and voluntary participation in this study; 2) aged between 18 and 55 years old; 3) met the diagnostic criteria of the "Chinese Guidelines for the prevention and treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus (2013 edition)".

排除标准：

（1）精神病史及语言交流障碍者；（2）严重的肝肾等重要器官功能障碍者；（3）需进行放疗、化疗、器官移植的患者；（4）严重的糖尿病并发症，如需靠透析维持生命者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) psychiatric history and language communication disorder; 2) severe liver or kidney dysfunction; 3) patients requiring radiotherapy, chemotherapy or organ transplantation; 4) severe diabetic complications, such as dialysis.

使用Microsoft Excel软件(版本2010)随机抽取1 ~ 180位数字。将小于等于90的分配至对照组，大于90的分配至DCMT干预组。这些随机数按顺序分配给签署了知情同意书的患者。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

Digit numbers from 1 to 180 were randomized using Microsoft Excel software (Version 2010). Numbers below 90 were assigned to the control group, and numbers above 90 were assigned to the DCMT intervention group. These random numbers were assigned sequentially to patients who were successfully enrolled, and the patients were assigned to the respective groups.
