研究目的：

1.伤害敏感指数能否评估老年者围术期镇痛水平； 2.经皮穴位电刺激对老年患者伤害敏感指数及镇痛药用量的影响。

Objectives of Study：

1. Whether the nociceptive index can evaluate the level of perioperative analgesia in the elderly; 2. The effect of transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation on the nociceptive index and the dosage of analgesics in elderly patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.ASA分级Ⅰ～Ⅲ级成年患者(青年患者18-40岁、老年患者65-80岁)； 2.BMI为 18～28Kg/m2； 3.在我院行全麻下脊柱手术的患者； 4.经本院伦理委员会批准、试验者签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Adult patients of ASA grade I-III (young patients are 18-40 years old, elderly patients are 65-80 years old); 2. BMI is 18~28Kg/m2; 3. Patients undergoing spinal surgery under general anesthesia in our hospital; 4. Approved by the Ethics Committee of the hospital and the experimenter signed the informed consent.

排除标准：

1.心脑器质性疾患； 2.智力障碍、精神障碍者及文盲； 3.不接受电刺激者； 4.经穴循行经线进行过手术的患者； 5.电刺激部位感染或凝血异常的患者； 6.有肢体神经损伤的患者； 7.长期服用大量镇静剂、抗抑郁药或镇痛药，有酗酒史或药物依赖史。麻醉药物过敏史； 8.术中出血较多者（≥全身血容量的15%）； 9.术后发生认知功能障碍，不能配合VAS评分者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Heart and brain organic diseases; 2. Intellectually disabled, mentally disabled and illiterate; 3. Those who do not accept electrical stimulation; 4. Patients who have undergone surgery along the meridian and meridian; 5. Patients with infection or abnormal coagulation at the electrical stimulation site; 6. Patients with limb nerve injury; 7. Long-term use of a large number of sedatives, antidepressants or analgesics, and a history of alcoholism or drug dependence. history of allergy to anesthetics; 8. Patients with more intraoperative bleeding (>=15% of systemic blood volume); 9. Cognitive dysfunction occurs after operation and cannot cooperate with VAS score.
