研究目的：

通过对结直肠癌脾虚湿热证患者（64例）、湿热蕴结证患者（64例）与健康人（64例）人体代谢物、微生物的构成差异开展研究，初步探讨心力衰竭常见中医证候（脾虚湿热证、湿热蕴结证）与健康人之间人体代谢物、微生物是否具体明显差异，初步筛选出其中特异性代谢物、微生物，协助临床中医辩证，为结直肠癌的防治提供新的思路和方法。

Objectives of Study：

By pixu (spleen deficient) wet and heat syndrome in patients with colorectal cancer (64 cases), damp and hot accumulate knot syndrome patients (64 cases) and healthy controls (n = 64) human metabolites, the difference of the composition of microbial research, preliminary discussion on common heart failure syndromes (hot and humid and damp and hot accumulate knot) pixu (spleen deficient) with healthy human metabolites, microbial whether specific obvious differences between the preliminary screening of specific metabolites, microorganism, assist clinical Chinese medicine dialectical, offers a new thought and method for prevention of colorectal cancer.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1）经病理学或细胞学确诊为肠癌患者；2）符合证候表型组诊断标准；3）一月内无肠道感染者；4）一月内未使用抗生素及益生菌制剂，未饮用酸奶；5）自愿研究期间不使用任何抗生素药物；6）年龄≥18岁，性别不限；7）预计生存期>3个月；8）自愿入组，患者或家属签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1) colorectal cancer diagnosed by pathology or cytology;2) Meet the diagnostic criteria of the syndrome phenotype group;3) No enteric infection within one month;4) Not using antibiotics and probiotics, and not drinking yogurt within one month;5) Do not use any antibiotic drugs during the voluntary study;6) Age ≥18, gender unlimited;7) The expected survival time of > was 3 months;8) Voluntary enrollment, patients or their family members signed the informed consent.

排除标准：

1）无法合作者，如合并有神经、精神疾患等或不愿合作者；2）妊娠及哺乳期妇女；3）合并严重呼吸、循环、泌尿、神经、消化、造血系统及代谢疾病者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Unable to cooperate, such as combined with neurological or mental disorders, or unwilling to cooperate;2) Pregnant and lactating women;3) Patients with severe respiratory, circulatory, urinary, neurological, digestive, hematopoietic and metabolic diseases.
