研究目的：

通过观察和分析结直肠癌患者术后舌象与胃肠道功能、营养状况之间的变化，分析它们之间的相关性，获得可直接用于临床推测和判断结直肠癌患者术后胃肠道功能状态的舌象，为结直肠癌患者提供一种具有中医特色的客观参考指标，

Objectives of Study：

To obtain the tongue image that can be directly used for clinical speculation and judgment of the postoperative gastrointestinal function status and nutritional status of colorectal cancer patients by observing and analyzing the changes of tongue images, the gastrointestinal function and nutritional status of colorectal cancer patients after operation to provide an objective reference index with TCM characteristics for patients with colorectal cancer.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）符合西医诊断标准，经肠镜或病理学明确诊断的结直肠癌患者； （2）18≤年龄≤75岁，男女不限； （3）具有明确手术指征，可行手术治疗； （4）半年内未接受过重大脏器手术者； （5）术前均未接受过放疗或新辅助化疗； （6）依从性好，愿意配合研究，患者签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Patients with colorectal cancer met the above diagnostic criteria of Western medicine and were comfirmed by colonoscopy or pathology; (2) 18≤age≤75 years old, male or female; (3) Those who have clear surgical indications and can be treated surgically; (4) Those who have not undergone major organ surgery within six months; (5) Tose who have not received radiotherapy or neoadjuvant chemotherapy before surgery; (6) Informed consent and voluntary participation in the study.

排除标准：

（1）合并严重的心、脑、肝、肾、造血系统等疾病者； （2）精神疾病患者，无法配合完成研究； （3）合并便秘或肠易激综合征等影响胃肠道功能的疾病； （4）临床病例资料不完整者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with severe diseases such as heart, brain, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system; (2) Patients with mental illness unable to cooperate to complete the research; (3) Complicated with diseases affecting gastrointestinal function such as constipation or irritable bowel syndrome; (4) Those with incomplete clinical case data.
