研究目的：

本研究基于不同关注状态下眼电信号的采集及非线性动力学分析技术，初步探索针灸“治神”客观化研究的可行性及研究模式；并进一步探析不同关注状态对得气针感的影响。以期为将来“治神”的针刺效应研究提供方法学基础

Objectives of Study：

This study based on the collection and nonlinear dynamics analysis of electrooculogram signals under different states of attention explores the feasibility and research model of objectifying the "regulating spirit" in acupuncture; furthermore it investigates the influence of different states of attention on the acupuncture sensation of "deqi". The study aims to provide methodological basis for the future research on the acupuncture effect of "regulating spirit".

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①年龄18~30岁，身体健康，男女不限；②右利手；③本科或以上学历；④生活起居规律，无吸烟、酗酒等不良嗜好；⑤试验前4周内不服用任何药物；⑥自愿参与本研究，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

① Age of 18-30 years old healthy male or female; ② Right-handed; ③ Bachelor degree or above; ④ Regular daily life no smoking alcohol and other bad habits; ⑤ Do not take any drugs within 4 weeks before the trial; ⑥ Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

①右腿外伤史；②急慢性疼痛病史；③试验前具有任何不适感；④受试穴位处有皮损或皮肤病；⑤月经期、妊娠期及哺乳期女性。

Exclusion criteria：

① History of right leg trauma; ② History of acute and chronic pain; ③ Any discomfort before the test; ④ Skin lesions or skin diseases at the tested acupoints; ⑤ Women in menstrual period pregnancy and lactation period.

Intervention: Disposable sterile acupuncture needles (0.30mm×40mm) were inserted vertically at the right Zusanli (ST36) point to a depth of 30mm, with a neutral reinforcing-reducing technique applied for 2 minutes at a rotation angle of 180° and a frequency of 120-160 r/min.
