研究目的：

本研究采用随机、对照的试验设计，以评价浅针对慢性失眠的临床疗效和安全性，形成科学、规范、适于推广应用的中医临床失眠治疗方案。

Objectives of Study：

A randomized controlled clinical study was conducted to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of the shallow needles in treating chronic insomnia so as to form a scientific standardized and suitable chronic insomnia treatment scheme of shallow needles.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）符合慢性失眠的诊断标准； （2）年龄18～65岁，性别不限； （3）PSQI总分：7～15分； （4）病程≥3个月； （5）无沟通和认知障碍； （6）自愿参加本研究，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) patients who met the diagnostic criteria; (2) insomnia patients aged 18 to 65 years; (3) Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) score:7~15; (4) the duration of the disease ≥ 3 months (5) no communication and cognitive impairment; (6) voluntary enrollment and signed informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）因器质性疾病或精神障碍引起的继发性失眠； （2）不愿意接受浅针治疗者； （3）妊娠或哺乳期妇女、晕针等不适宜接受针灸治疗的人群； （4）合并有心血管、脑、肺、肝、肾和造血系统等严重疾病者、精神病患者； （5）正在参加影响本研究结果的其它研究试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) secondary insomnia; (2) those who do not wish to undergo shallow needles therapy; (3) pregnant or lactating women or those who intend to become pregnant; (4) combined with heart liver kidney lung brain and other serious organic diseases; (5) participants in other studies that influenced the results of this study.

由1位不参与项目实施的独立人员采用SPSS 21.0软件生成随机序列，并将序号、分组情况、随机数制作成随机卡片，分别装入密封、不透光的信封中。
