研究目的：

本研究对强戒人员有针对性的进行8周蒙医心身互动疗法治疗，对比治疗前后的心理调查问卷和外周血浆蛋白质组学评估戒毒人员心理健康和躯体健康的改善以及有效性和适用性。探讨该疗法对强制戒毒人员心理干预的机制，为心身医学的社会服务提供一些理论和技术支持，也是为监管部门提供一些有效的针对强戒人员的心理干预方法。

Objectives of Study：

This study targeted 8 weeks of Mongolian Mind-Body Interactive Therapy for abusers and compared the psychological questionnaire and peripheral blood plasma proteomics before and after treatment to evaluate the improvement effectiveness and applicability of mental health and physical health of drug abusers. To explore the mechanism of psychological intervention of the compulsory drug abusers to provide some theoretical and technical support for the social services of psychosomatic medicine and to provide some effective psychological intervention methods for the supervision departments.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

a.符合精神活性物质所致精神障碍依赖诊断标准（DSM-5）；毒品类型为海洛因和吗啡； b.传染四项阴性； c.年龄在18～60岁之间； d.小学文化程度及以上； e.离出戒毒所有半年及以上的时间； f.无明显戒断症状（已脱离生理脱毒期）； g.无急性精神障碍、严重认知功能受损以及严重躯体疾病； h.知情同意，志愿受试。

Inclusion criteria

a. Meet the diagnostic criteria for dependence on psychoactive Substances (DSM-5); The types of drugs were heroin and morphine; b. Four negative infections; c. Aged between 18 and 60 years old; d. Primary school education or above; e. Stay away from drug rehabilitation for six months or more; f. No obvious withdrawal symptoms (has left the physiological detoxification period); g. No acute mental disorder severe cognitive impairment or serious physical disease; h. Informed consent volunteer subjects.

排除标准：

i.严重肝、肾功能不全失代偿，肺功能不全或合并其它各系统严重疾病者(ALT,AST 大于 180IU/L)； j.血压低于85/55mmHg或心率低于50次/分者； k.严重感染性疾病者； l.既往有严重神经、精神疾病史者；其它严重躯体疾病、HIV 感染史，重度营养不良者。 m.研究者认为不宜入选的其他原因。

Exclusion criteria：

i. Severe hepatic and renal dysfunction pulmonary insufficiency or other serious diseases of the system (ALTAST greater than 180IU/L); j. Blood pressure below 85/55mmHg or heart rate below 50 beats/min; k. People with serious infectious diseases; l. People with a history of severe neurological or mental illness; Other serious physical diseases history of HIV infection severe malnutrition. m. Other reasons considered unsuitable for inclusion by researchers.
