研究目的：

基于前瞻性队列研究，观察注射用治疗对慢性心衰（气阴两虚证）患者运动耐量的影响，明确注射用益气复脉提高慢性心衰（气阴两虚证）患者运动耐量的临床效应，为慢性心衰心脏康复的中医药处方提供真实世界的临床证据，完善心衰的预防-治疗-康复体系。

Objectives of Study：

Based on a prospective cohort study to observe the effect of Yiqi Fumai injection treatment on exercise tolerance in patients with chronic heart failure (qi and Yin deficiency syndrome) to clarify the clinical effect of Yiqi Fumai injection on improving exercise tolerance in patients with chronic heart failure (qi and Yin deficiency syndrome) to provide real-world clinical evidence for the traditional Chinese medicine prescription of cardiac rehabilitation in chronic heart failure and to improve the prevention treatment and rehabilitation system of heart failure.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）符合慢性心衰气阴两虚证的诊断标准； （2）年龄18~75岁，性别不限； （3）纽约心脏协会（NYHA）心功能分级Ⅱ～III级； （4）患者知情同意，并签署知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Consistent with the diagnostic criteria of chronic heart failure with deficiency of both qi and Yin; (2) Age of 18-75 years old, both sexes; (3) New York Heart Association (NYHA) functional class Ⅱ~Ⅲ; (4) patients with informed consent and signed informed consent form.

排除标准：

（1）患有重大精神障碍或无法完成随访者； （2）近1月内参与其他试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) suffering from major mental disorders or unable to complete the follow-up; (2) those who participated in other trials within the past 1 month.
