研究目的：

臂臑穴为治疗目疾的经验穴，有一定的临床应用基础，但其作用机理目前尚不明确。光明穴为治疗目疾的经典有效穴，现有的fMRI研究已证实该穴激活了视皮层脑区。我们旨在利用fMRI技术，研究、比较针刺臂臑穴与光明穴所激活的脑区，为臂臑治疗目疾提供现代理论依据。

Objectives of Study：

The acu-point Bi'nao is an empirical point for the treatment of eye diseases which has certain clinical application basis but its mechanism is not clear at present. Acu-point Guangming is a classic and effective point in the treatment of eye diseases and the existing fMRI studies have confirmed that acu-point Guangming activates the visual cortex brain region. We aim to study and compare the brain regions activated by acupuncture at Bi'nao and Guangming by using fMRI technology and provide modern theoretical basis for the treatment of eye diseases by acu-point Bi'nao.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

选用GE SIGNAI Pioneer 3.0T磁共振仪。志愿者适应机器后，先进行1min的针刺前基线扫描，随后针刺右侧臂臑穴或光明穴，直刺深度为0.4～0.7寸(13～23 mm)，进针得气后，行针10s再静息60s，捻转角度为(180±5)°，频率为(65±10)次/min，以麻胀等适度得气感为宜，共7次，总时长8分10秒。针刺后患者休息5min，再次进行扫描，方法与时长同前。最后使用SPM12软件包对图像数据进行统计运算，获得针刺臂臑、光明穴引起的激活脑区位置、体素值、峰值点以及峰值点坐标等信息。

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①　既往身体健康，无身体疼痛、抑郁或焦虑等心理疾病，无心、肝、肾疾病等； ②　右利手; ③　近1个月内无吸烟、饮酒、饮浓咖啡者，睡眠正常（每晚睡眠时间＞6 h）; ④　近1个月内未接受针刺治疗者; ⑤　无磁共振扫描禁忌症，如幽闭恐惧症，体内植入金属等。

Inclusion criteria

① Previous good health no physical pain depression or anxiety and other mental diseases centerless liver kidney disease; ② Right-handed; ③ In the past 1 month no smoking drinking drinking strong coffee sleep normal (sleep time > 6 hours per night); ④ Patients who have not received acupuncture treatment in the past 1 month; ⑤ No contraindications for MRI scanning such as claustrophobia metal implantation in the body etc.

排除标准：

①　有神经系统疾病、精神疾病者; ②　有脑梗死、糖尿病或影响脑功能的其他疾病者; ③　有金属义齿、fMRI禁忌证、针刺禁忌证者; ④　严重的心脏、肝脏、肾脏疾病或肿瘤患者; ⑤　怀孕或哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

① There are neurological diseases mental diseases; (2) Patients with cerebral infarction diabetes or other diseases affecting brain function; ③ Patients with metal denture fMRI contraindications and acupuncture contraindications; ④ Patients with serious heart liver kidney disease or tumor; ⑤ Pregnant or lactating women.
