研究目的：

以无先兆偏头痛患者为研究对象，以针刺为干预方式，以“中医医人”为临证思维，以髓海理论、根结理论、藏象理论为主要理论依据，以对症选穴、辨经选穴、辨证选穴为主要选穴原则，以“盛则泻之，虚则补之……不盛不虚，以经取之”为针刺操作原则，采用视觉模拟量表（VAS）评价头痛的缓解程度，采用头痛日记评价偏头痛“反复发作”的远期疗效，采用焦虑自评量表（SAS）、抑郁自评量表（SDS）和偏头痛特异性生活质量量表（MSQ）评价患者的身心及生活质量改善状况，并以大脑静息态功能磁共振（rs-fMRI）作为本病客观的评价依据，验证以“人”为本针刺可实现标本兼顾、治“病”救“人”的综合防治偏头痛目标。

Objectives of Study：

This study recruited patients with migraine without aura and implemented acupuncture intervention. The treatment protocol was established based on three fundamental TCM theories: the Marrow Sea Theory Root-and-Branch Theory and Zangxiang Theory. The acupuncture point selection followed three main principles: symptom-based point selection meridian differentiation and syndrome pattern differentiation . The headache intensity was assessed using the Visual Analog Scale (VAS) while the long-term therapeutic effect on migraine recurrence was evaluated through migraine diaries. Patients' psychological status and quality of life were measured using the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS) and Migraine-Specific Quality of Life Questionnaire (MSQ). Resting-state functional MRI (rs-fMRI) served as an objective biomarker for disease evaluation. This study aims to verify that human-centered acupuncture can achieve comprehensive prevention and treatment of migraine by simultaneously addressing both symptoms and root causes .

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①符合ICHD-3无先兆偏头痛诊断标准； ②年龄18~65岁，男女不限，右利手； ③至少1年的偏头痛病史； ④偏头痛发作频率至少每月2次； ⑤近4周以来未接受过针刺治疗，未服用过具有预防偏头痛作用的药物，如钙离子通道阻滞剂、β受体阻断剂、抗抑郁药和抗癫痫药等； ⑥受试者本人知情同意，并自愿签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

① Meet the ICHD-3 diagnostic criteria for migraine without aura; ② Age 18-65 years male or female right-handed; ③ A history of migraine for at least 1 year; ④ Frequency of migraine attacks at least 2 times per month; ⑤No acupuncture treatment since the last 4 weeks and no medication with migraine preventive effects such as calcium channel blockers β-blockers antidepressants and antiepileptic drugs; ⑥ The subjects themselves gave informed consent and voluntarily signed the informed consent form.

排除标准：

①由器质性疾病引起或其他类型及部位的头痛； ②在MRI扫描中发现严重头颅解剖结构不对称或有明确病变； ③体内有起搏器，动脉瘤夹，人工心脏瓣膜，耳植入体，金属碎片；眼睛，皮肤或体内有异物；或有幽闭空间恐惧症无法完成核磁扫描； ④有重度抑郁，双向障碍，精神分裂症等精神疾病病史； ⑤在过去两年中有酒精或药物滥用/成瘾史； ⑥任何其他系统性疾病或不确定状况所至不能完成该项目。

Exclusion criteria：

① Headache caused by organic disease or other types and locations; ② Severe cranial anatomical asymmetry or definite lesions found in MRI scan; ③ Pacemakers aneurysm clips artificial heart valves ear implants metal fragments in the body; foreign objects in the eyes skin or body; or claustrophobia preventing completion of the MRI scan; ④ History of mental illness such as major depression bi-directional disorder schizophrenia; ⑤ History of alcohol or drug abuse/addiction in the last two years; ⑥Any other systemic disease or uncertain condition that prevents completion of the programme.

The basic acupoints selected included GV20, GB20, and Ashi points. For meridian differentiation, ST45 was chosen for Yangming meridian syndrome, GB44 for Shaoyang meridian syndrome, and BL67 for Taiyang meridian syndrome. For syndrome differentiation, LR3 and HT7 were selected for excess syndrome, with the draining technique applied, while ST36, LU7, and KI3 were selected for deficiency syndrome, with the tonifying technique applied.

采用SAS统计软件生成随机数字分组表，制作密封随机化分组信封（事先设计好不透光的随机分组信封，顺序号贴在信封外面，随机数及组别则密封于内）。根据生成的随机数字表按1:1比例将患者分配到试验组和对照组。

SAS statistical software was used to generate the random number grouping table and to make sealed randomised grouping envelopes (pre-designed opaque randomised grouping envelopes with sequential numbers pasted on the outside of the envelopes and random numbers and groups sealed inside). Patients were allocated to trial and control groups in a 1:1 ratio according to the generated random number table.
