分析失眠患者的中医证型/藏医证型与心理症状、人格特征的关系

Objectives of Study：

Analysis of the relationship between TCM/ Tibetan medical syndromes and psychological symptoms and personality traits in patients with insomnia

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①符合西医失眠诊断标准；②年龄范围为18～80岁；③病程≥1个月；④PSQI评分：11分以上。

Inclusion criteria

①Comply with standards the diagnostic of insomnia; ② Age range: 18-80 years old; ③ Course of disease ≥ 1month; ④ PSQI score: more than 11 .

排除标准：

①因其他疾病导致的继发性失眠；②患有精神障碍及有认知障碍患者；③不能理解填写问卷者。

Exclusion criteria：

①insomnia caused by other diseases; ②Patients with mental disorders and cognitive impairment; ③patients cannot understand the questionnaire.
