研究目的：

探索不同时长的内关穴经皮电刺激对术后恶心呕吐疗效的影响。

Objectives of Study：

Exploring the effects of transcutaneous electrical stimulation of Neiguan acupoints of different durations on postoperative nausea and vomiting efficacy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①择期实施胸椎或腰椎内固定术；②ASA分级为Ⅰ～Ⅱ级；③同意参加本研究，并签署知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

(i) Elective surgery of the thoracic or lumbar spine; (ii) American society of Aneshesiologists (ASA) physical status was Ⅰ to Ⅱ; (iii) those who agreed to participate in this study and signed the informed consent form.

排除标准：

①年龄＜18岁或＞70岁；②术前未服用导致恶心呕吐的药物的患者；③孕妇，哺乳期妇女；④合并严重呼吸系统疾病或肝肾疾病者；⑤既往术后恶心呕吐病史；⑥晕动症病史；⑦体重指数大于30kg/m2，⑧存在精神疾病或无法沟通者。

Exclusion criteria：

①Age <18 years old or >70 years old; ② patients who have not taken drugs that cause nausea and vomiting before the operation; ③ pregnant women lactating women; ④ combined with severe respiratory disease or liver and kidney disease; ⑤ previous history of postoperative nausea and vomiting; ⑥ history of motion sickness; ⑦ body mass index greater than 30kg/m2 ⑧ the presence of mental illness or inability to communica.
