研究目的：

探究电针、低频电刺激这两种恢复方式对于双人滑运动员小腿三头肌疲劳恢复的效果，为缓解肌肉疲劳提供新方法，为双人滑运动员损伤的预防以及运动表现的改善提供新思路。

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effects of electroacupuncture and low-frequency electrical stimulation on the recovery of calf triceps fatigue in pairs skaters to provide a new method for relieving muscle fatigue and to provide a new way of thinking for the prevention of injuries as well as the improvement of athletic performance in pairs skaters.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

（1）身体健康 （2）在恢复期间保证不进行其他恢复手段 （3）在实验期间未进行体能训练

Inclusion criteria

(1) Be in good health (2) Guaranteed no other means of recovery during the recovery period (3) No physical training during the experimental period

排除标准：

（1）平时容易出血，或患有出血性疾病，如过敏性紫癜、血友病、白血病等 （2）患有神经系统疾病，如癫痫等 （3）干预部位（小腿三头肌体表）有明显的开放性伤口，上肢明显疼痛、肿胀、骨折愈合未坚、肌肉关节疾病、神经肌肉损伤者 （4）颅内有金属植入物或颅内感染者 （5）体内带有心脏起搏器、心脏支架、助听器等金属或电子产品

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Bleeding easily in normal times or suffering from bleeding disorders such as anaphylactic purpura hemophilia leukemia etc. (2) Suffering from neurological diseases such as epilepsy etc. (3) Intervention site (calf triceps surface) has obvious open wounds upper limb obvious pain swelling fracture healing is not firm muscle and joint diseases neuromuscular injuries (4) People with metal implants or intracranial infections in the skull (5) With pacemakers cardiac stents hearing aids and other metal or electronic products in the body

研究负责人陈烨彤从事先准备好的盒子里抽取一张纸，写有AB/BA，字母A、B分别对应电针、低频电刺激，受试者按照抽到的字母随机接受不同的干预方案顺序。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

Study leader Yetong Chen drew a piece of paper from a pre-prepared box with AB/BA written on it with the letters A and B corresponding to electroacupuncture and low-frequency electrical stimulation respectively and subjects were randomized to receive different sequences of intervention protocols according to the letter they drew.
