研究目的：

（1）基于文献查阅法制定学龄期PIBO患儿的六字诀呼吸操居家管理方案。 （2）运用类实验研究法将六字诀呼吸操应用于学龄期PIBO患儿中，观察六字诀呼吸操对PIBO患儿的肺功能水平、运动耐力和肺康复依从性的干预效果，并评价护理管理方案的科学性和可行性。

Objectives of Study：

(1) Develop a home-based management plan of Liuzijue breathing exercises for school-age children with PIBO through literature review methodology. (2) Apply Liuzijue breathing exercises to school-age children with PIBO using a quasi-experimental study design to assess the intervention effects on pulmonary function levels, exercise tolerance, and pulmonary rehabilitation compliance. Evaluate the scientificity and feasibility of the nursing management plan.

纳入标准：

1、患儿纳入标准： ①由医生确诊为闭塞性细支气管炎，本研究根据陈晓雯等编制的临床症状严重程度评分表中病情严重程度划分，将0～9分为轻度，10～18分为中度，19～27分为重度，并纳入轻中度患儿； ②年龄7～14岁； ③患儿神志清楚，能理解并配合完成呼吸训练。 2、照顾者纳入标准 ①确诊为感染后闭塞性细支气管炎患儿的父母； ②可在住院和居家阶段中发挥陪同作用； ③自愿参加本研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion Criteria 1. For Patients: ① Diagnosed with post-infectious bronchiolitis obliterans (PIBO) by a physician. Based on the Clinical Symptom Severity Scale developed by Chen Xiaowen et al., severity is categorized as: Mild (0–9 points), Moderate (10–18 points), and Severe (19–27 points). Only mild-to-moderate cases are included. ② Aged 7–14 years. ③ Conscious, mentally clear, and capable of understanding and cooperating with breathing training. 2. For Caregivers: ① Parents or primary caregivers of children diagnosed with PIBO. ② Able to accompany the child during both hospitalization and home care phases. ③ Voluntarily participate in the study and sign informed consent forms.

排除标准：

1、患儿排除标准： ①患儿存在心脏疾病或其他重大器官疾病； ②3个月内的居家训练过程中因反复急性感染而住院患儿（待病情稳定后再次将其纳入）。 2、照顾者排除标准 照顾者有精神、心理障碍，智力低下，不愿配合。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion Criteria 1. For Patients: ① Presence of cardiac diseases or other major organ diseases. ② Hospitalization due to recurrent acute infections during the 3-month home-based training period (re-enrollment may be considered after clinical stabilization). 2. For Caregivers: ① Caregivers with psychiatric or psychological disorders, intellectual disabilities, or unwillingness to cooperate.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据收集：于干预前完成一般资料调查表，鉴于6～12周的六字诀锻炼可获得较为明显的康复效果，本研究于出院前（T0）、出院后第1个月（T1）和出院后3个月（T2）进行线上问卷星、微信电话或线下纸质版问卷、面对面访谈形式进行数据收集。 数据管理：采取单人双录入的方式，将收集到的数据录入到SPSS29.0统计学软件中进行管理分析，P≤0.05则认为有统计学意义。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data collection: The general information questionnaire was completed before the intervention and in view of the obvious rehabilitation effect of 6~12 weeks of six-character formula this study conducted online questionnaires WeChat telephone or offline paper questionnaires and face-to-face interviews before discharge (T0) 1 month after discharge (T1) and 3 months after discharge (T2). Data management: The collected data were entered into SPSS29.0 statistical software for management and analysis and P≤0.05 was considered to be statistically significant.
