研究目的：

观察在“脑骨轴”理论指导下“通督调任”技术对慢性疲劳综合征患者的临床疗效，并探究其对血清谷氨酸、γ-氨基丁酸、骨密度、维生素D的影响。

Objectives of Study：

To observe the clinical effect of Tongdu Tiaoren technique under the guidance of "brain-bone axis" theory on patients with chronic fatigue syndrome and to explore its effects on serum glutamic acid γ-aminobutyric acid bone mineral density and vitamin D.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）符合诊断标准；（2）年龄25～55岁；（3）近1个月未服用免疫调节剂、抗抑郁药；（4）经检查无器质性病变；（5）依从性强，听写功能正常。（6）签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Meet the diagnostic criteria; (2) Age range 25 - 55 years old; (3) No immunomodulatory agents or antidepressants taken in the past 1 month; (4) No organic lesions found after examination; (5) Strong compliance and normal auditory-orthographic function; (6) Sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

（1）患有器质类疾病；（2）精神疾病；（3）恶病质；（4）感染性疾病；（5）哺乳期或妊娠期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Suffering from organic diseases; (2) Mental illness; (3) Cachexia; (4) Infectious diseases; (5) Breastfeeding or pregnant women.

采用随机数字表法产生随机序列，将编号、组别、治疗方法等信息装入不透光的信封袋中密封，按照患者就诊顺序开启信封，将随机数字由小到大进行排序。

Using the random number table method to generate a random sequence the information such as number group treatment method etc. is sealed in an opaque envelope bag. The envelope is opened in the order of the patient's visit and the random numbers are sorted from small to large.
