研究目的：

本研究旨在通过前瞻性、随机、对照临床试验，全面评估“固本复萎汤”治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效及安全性，并初步探索其潜在作用机制。

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to comprehensively evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of "Guben Fuwei Decoction" in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis through a prospective randomized controlled clinical trial and preliminarily explore its potential mechanism of action.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

(1)经胃镜检查、胃粘膜活检，病理符合萎缩性胃炎。 (2)年龄18～70岁。 (3)性别不限。 (4)自愿参加本研究，签署知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

（1）After gastroscopy and biopsy of the gastric mucosa the pathology was confirmed to be atrophic gastritis. (2) Age: 18 to 70 years old. (3) Gender is not limited. (4) Those who voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

(1)合并消化性溃疡、胃食管反流病，需要长期服用抑制胃酸药物者。 (2)有上消化道外科手术史的患者 (3)孕妇或处于备孕期女性。 (4)严重心、肺、脑、肝、肾等重要脏器功能不全者。 (5)恶性肿瘤患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Those with concurrent peptic ulcers and gastroesophageal reflux disease who need to take acid-suppressing drugs for a long time. (2) Patients with a history of upper gastrointestinal surgery \ n (3) Pregnant women or women in the preconception period. (4) Those with severe dysfunction of vital organs such as the heart lungs brain liver and kidneys. (5) Patients with malignant tumors.

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

Randomization type: 1. The "Block Randomization" method is adopted to ensure that the two groups remain balanced during the enrollment process. The block size is 4 or 6 adjusted according to the research progress and sample size. 2. Random sequence generation: Use a computer-generated random number table (such as Excel or specialized randomization software) to generate random sequences. The random sequences were generated by independent statisticians and neither the researchers nor the patients were aware of the grouping. 3. Allocation hiding: The sealed envelope method or the central randomization system is used for allocation hiding to ensure that researchers cannot predict the grouping situation before patients are enrolled. Each envelope or randomization system contains the grouping information of the patients (Guben Fuwei Decoction group or control group) and it will only be opened or obtained after the patients are officially enrolled.
