研究目的：

本研究通过病例对照研究比较女性压力性尿失禁患者与健康人群核心肌群功能和姿势控制等运动功能特征区别，应用机器学习算法对SUI患者的核心肌群功能、姿势控制参数与症状严重程度之间进行特征提取和关联分析，构建女性压力性尿失禁患者运动功能模型，为SUI的分级功能诊断以及运动训练提供理论基础。通过随机对照试验验证八段锦联合盆底肌训练方案对轻中度女性SUI患者症状和核心肌群功能、姿势控制的影响，为女性SUI患者提供非侵入性的功能性训练方法，提升女性SUI的依从性和疗效，为女性SUI运动训练提供临床证据支持。从躯干核心肌群运动控制角度出发，基于fNIRS、EEG和EMG等多模态神经-肌肉功能耦合分析（皮层肌肉相干分析CMC、肌间耦合分析IMC）以反映大脑皮质对女性SUI核心肌群运动控制（收缩时机、协调能力）信息，进一步分析八段锦训练改善女性SUI的可能机制。

Objectives of Study：

This study used a case-control study to compare the differences in motor function characteristics such as core muscle function and posture control between female patients with stress urinary incontinence and healthy people. The machine learning algorithm was used to extract features and conduct correlation analysis between the core muscle function, posture control parameters and symptom severity of SUI patients, and a motor function model for female patients with stress urinary incontinence was constructed to provide a theoretical basis for the hierarchical functional diagnosis and exercise training of SUI. A randomized controlled trial was conducted to verify the effects of Ba Duan Jin combined with pelvic floor muscle training on symptoms, core muscle function and posture control in mild to moderate female SUI patients, to provide a non-invasive functional training method for female SUI patients, to improve the compliance and efficacy of female SUI, and to provide clinical evidence support for female SUI exercise training. From the perspective of trunk core muscle motor control, based on multimodal neuromuscular coupling analysis (cortical muscle coherence analysis CMC, intermuscular coupling analysis IMC) such as fNIRS, EEG and EMG to reflect the information of the cerebral cortex on the motor control (contraction timing, coordination ability) of the core muscle group of female SUI, the possible mechanism of Ba Duan Jin training in improving female SUI was further analyzed.

纳入标准：

患者标准： （1）符合女性压力性尿失禁诊断标准； （2）年龄22至60岁期间； （3）至少有1次分娩史； （4）知情同意，志愿参加； 符合以上标准者，纳入研究。

Inclusion criteria

Meet the diagnostic criteria for female stress urinary incontinence; Aged between 22 and 60 years; Have at least one history of childbirth; Provide informed consent and voluntarily participate. Patients who meet the above criteria will be included in the study.

排除标准：

（1）急迫性尿失禁患者； （2）近1年内踝关节扭伤史； （3）腰痛和膝盖疼痛视觉模拟量表（VAS）超过3分； （4）近1年内下肢和骨盆骨折史； （5）妊娠期患者； （6）盆腔炎症急性期，盆腔手术史者，合并重度盆腔器官脱垂者； （7）产后恶露未干净或月经来潮； （8）外阴伤口愈合不良； （9）体内有电传导器械，如心脏起搏器、金属绝育器放置者； (10) 精神障碍，有明显生理缺陷、重大疾病者及认知障碍者；多发性硬化症、帕金森病等神经系统疾病以及慢性阻塞性肺病等呼吸系统疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with urge urinary incontinence; History of ankle sprain within the past year; Visual Analog Scale (VAS) score for low back pain or knee pain exceeding 3 points; History of lower limb or pelvic fracture within the past year; Pregnant patients; Patients in the acute phase of pelvic inflammation, with a history of pelvic surgery, or severe pelvic organ prolapse; Postpartum lochia not yet cleared or during menstruation; Poor healing of vulvar wounds; Patients with electrical conduction devices in the body, such as pacemakers or metal contraceptive devices; Patients with mental disorders, significant physical disabilities, major diseases, or cognitive impairments; neurological diseases such as multiple sclerosis or Parkinson's disease; and respiratory diseases such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).
