研究目的：

本研究通过临床的客观数据验证“补托法”理论指导下的托里透脓汤促进肛周脓肿术后创面愈合的疗效，为中医外治法的经典治疗法则在现代临床中的应用提供参考，为缩短肛周脓肿术后创面愈合提供新的依据。

Objectives of Study：

This study verified the efficacy of Tuoli Tongnong Decoction guided by the theory of "Reinforcing and Exterior - promoting Method" in promoting the wound healing after perianal abscess surgery through objective clinical data. It provides a reference for the application of the classic treatment principles of traditional Chinese external therapy in modern clinical practice and offers new evidence for shortening the wound - healing time after perianal abscess surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①符合肛周脓肿的诊断标准。 ②年龄在15～80岁之间，男女不限，住院患者。 ③中医证型为热毒炽盛的患者。 ④无明显手术的禁忌症。 ⑤患者本人知情同意，签署知情同意书，并自愿受试。

Inclusion criteria

①Those who meet the diagnostic criteria for perianal abscess. ②Inpatients aged between 15 and 80 years old regardless of gender. ③Patients with the TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) syndrome type of excessive heat-toxin. ④Those without obvious contraindications for surgery. ⑤The patients themselves are informed and give consent sign the informed consent form and volunteer to participate in the test.

排除标准：

①不符合诊断标准和纳入标准者。 ②同时合并有混合痔、肛裂等多种影响疗效判定的肛周其他疾病的患者。 ③经检查证实有：直肠或肛管器质性病变（直肠息肉、直肠恶性肿瘤、肛管恶性肿瘤等）的患者。 ④伴有腹腔内感染或盆腔脏器感染者，合并心血管、脑血管、肝、肾和造血系统等严重原发性疾病，未彻底治愈，不能耐受手术或可能增加手术风险的患者。 ⑤患者存在其他需要治疗的病变，而此种治疗会影响或干扰术后转归过程。 ⑥处于月经期、妊娠或哺乳期妇女，过敏体质或肝肾功能异常者。 ⑦对本研究所用药物成分过敏的患者。 ⑧不合作的患者。 ⑨术后出现大出血等严重并发症者。

Exclusion criteria：

①Those who do not meet the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria. ②Patients who have multiple other perianal diseases that affect the evaluation of the therapeutic effect such as mixed hemorrhoids anal fissure etc. simultaneously. ③Patients who have been confirmed by examination to have organic lesions of the rectum or anal canal (such as rectal polyps rectal malignant tumors anal canal malignant tumors etc.). ④Patients with intra-abdominal infections or pelvic organ infections and those with severe primary diseases of the cardiovascular cerebrovascular liver kidney and hematopoietic systems etc. which have not been completely cured cannot tolerate surgery or may increase the surgical risk. ⑤Patients with other lesions that require treatment and such treatment will affect or interfere with the postoperative outcome process. ⑥Women who are in the menstrual period pregnant or breastfeeding patients with allergic constitution or those with abnormal liver and kidney functions. ⑦Patients who are allergic to the components of the drugs used in this study. ⑧Uncooperative patients. ⑨Patients who develop severe complications such as massive hemorrhage after surgery.
