Objectives of Study：

Relationship between Fatigue and TCM Syndrome Types in MHD Patients and Analysis of Influencing Factors

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

纳入标准： （1）在寿县中医院血液净化中心、晟康血液净化中心、迎河卫生院血液净化中心行维持性血液透析的终末期肾脏病患者，且规律血液透析3个月以上，每周透析3次； （2）年龄≥18周岁 （3）意识清楚，了解本次研究，并同意参加本研究； （4）一般情况及临床资料完整。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) End stage renal disease patients who undergo maintenance hemodialysis at Shouxian Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital Blood Purification Center, Shengkang Blood Purification Center, and Yinghe Health Hospital Blood Purification Center, and have regular hemodialysis for more than 3 months, with 3 dialysis sessions per week; (2) Age ≥ 18 years old (3) Clear awareness, understanding of this study, and agreement to participate in this study; (4) The general situation and clinical data are complete.

排除标准：

排除标准： （1）透析龄＜3个月； （2）年龄＜18周岁； （3）合并严重感染或危重患者；同时行腹膜透析的患者；患有精神疾病，或因为听力、语言、不配合从而不能完成问卷调查的患者；不同意参加本次研究的患者； （4）妊娠患者及产妇。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria: (1) Dialysis age<3 months; (2) Age<18 years old; (3) Merge severely infected or critically ill patients; Patients undergoing peritoneal dialysis simultaneously; Patients who suffer from mental illness or are unable to complete questionnaire surveys due to hearing, language, or lack of cooperation; Patients who do not agree to participate in this study; (4) Pregnant patients and postpartum women.

本研究采用SPSS26.0软件进行数据的统计学分析。符合正态分布的计量资料以均数±标准差表示，非正态分布的计量资料使用中位数和四分位数表示，计数资料以频数和百分比表示。正态分布的组间计量资料比较采用独立样本t检验，多组组间比较采用方差分析，偏态分布的计量资料、等级资料比较用秩和检验， 计数资料的比较采用卡方检验。采用多元线性回归分析疲劳度评分的相关影响因素；将单因素 Logistic 回归分析中有统计学意义的相关变量纳入多因素 Logistic 回归模型中分析维持行血液透析患者较高程度疲劳（CFQ＞中位数） 的独立危险因素。P<0.05表示差异具有显著性

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

This study used SPSS 26.0 software for statistical analysis of the data. Measurement data that conforms to a normal distribution are expressed as mean ± standard deviation, measurement data that does not follow a normal distribution are expressed as median and quartiles, and count data are expressed as frequency and percentage. Independent sample t-test is used for comparison of normally distributed intergroup measurement data, analysis of variance is used for comparison of multiple intergroup measurement data, rank sum test is used for comparison of skewed distribution measurement data and rank data, and chi square test is used for comparison of count data. Using multiple linear regression to analyze the relevant influencing factors of fatigue rating; Include statistically significant related variables from univariate logistic regression analysis into a multivariate logistic regression model to analyze independent risk factors for maintaining high levels of fatigue (CFQ>median) in hemodialysis patients. P<0.05 indicates significant differences.
