研究目的：

1.观察比较基于玄府理论的全身药浴联合刺络拔罐干预斑块状银屑病患者与常规治疗的斑块状银屑病患者PASI、DLQI、中医证候积分及相关生化指标的差异。 2.综合评价干预效果，明确全身药浴联合刺络拔罐干预斑块状银屑病的有效性、可行性，为斑块状银屑病防治提供中医特色护理技术施护依据。

Objectives of Study：

1. To observe and compare the differences of PASI DLQI TCM syndrome scores and related biochemical indexes between patients with plaque psoriasis treated by systemic medicinal bath combined with acupuncture and cupping therapy based on Xuanfu theory and those treated by conventional therapy. 2. Comprehensively evaluate the intervention effect clarify the effectiveness and feasibility of whole-body medicinal bath combined with acupuncture and cupping to intervene in plaque psoriasis and provide the basis for the treatment of plaque psoriasis with traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①年龄在18～70岁；②符合寻常型银屑病的西医诊断标准及血瘀证的中医证型；③近1个月内未参加任何其他试验；④自愿参加本研究试验，且配合度较高；⑤签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

① Aged between 18 and 70 years old;② In line with the western diagnostic criteria of psoriasis vulgaris and the TCM syndrome type of blood stasis syndrome;③ have not participated in any other trials within the last 1 month;④ Volunteer to participate in this research experiment and the degree of cooperation is high;⑤ Sign informed consent.

排除标准：

①入组前2周使用免疫抑制剂、维A酸类制剂、中药制剂；②合并心肝肾功能不全、恶性肿瘤者；③合并精神异常、神志智障，或沟通障碍者；④妊娠及哺乳期者；⑤对“三黄”方过敏或不能耐受刺络拔罐者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Immunosuppressive agents retinoic acid preparations and Chinese medicine preparations were used 2 weeks before enrollment;② Patients with heart liver and renal insufficiency and malignant tumor;③ Patients with mental disorders mental retardation or communication disorders;④Pregnancy and lactation;⑤ Those who are allergic to "Sanhuang" formula or can not tolerate cupping.

课题组成员金波采用 SAS 9.4 软件中的 PROC PLAN 流程进行序列生成，每组的号码将随机分配1:1:1。然后将对分组结果进行编码并密封在信封中，信封将根据患者的入组顺序交给他们。结果评估和统计分析将由课题组的统计员进行，他们对分组情况不知情。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

Jin Bo a member of the research group used the PROC PLAN process in SAS 9.4 software to generate the sequence and the numbers of each group would be randomly assigned 1:1:1.The grouping results will then be coded and sealed in envelopes which will be handed to the patients according to their enrollment order.The outcome assessment and statistical analysis will be carried out by statisticians in the study group who are not aware of the grouping.
